As a former school bus driver, you're responsible for the kids' safety, I established rules and conduct on my bus on my first day on the job. I never would allow this to happen, so people saying it's not the bus driver's responsibility are wrong.

The bus driver isn’t doing her job, so the mother did her job. The children involved are 7th grade and 10th grade, why would a 10th grader even do all that, she’s a bully and shouldn’t be allowed to ride the bus with younger children.
The mother should take it all the way to the PTA.

Children commiting suicide because of bullying shows that the parents are not doing their job engaging that child. How you think that the ones who go to the other extreme shooting up schools because of bullying got that way? Stop making excuses for either child just because you don't have time to stewardship your child!

This is the same with my town. The high school is across the street from the middle school so we were on the same bus & yes there were fights. It was mostly with the high schoolers.

@@kitten82d31 not only just fights but maturity and puberty is different in middle school and HS. I understand funding but it doesn’t sit well with me. It’s sad but would take an extreme violent even or some type of sexual act for them to change it. I just feel bad for middle schoolers cuz I could only imagine being in 6th or 7th grade and having to deal with guys with beards. Or the flip side like this situation having catty HS girls bully younger girls for a plethora of things. Just seems like a recipe for failure

It wasn’t that the bus driver couldn’t handle it. The bus driver and the girl are both white. That was the only problem white was standing with white that’s it that’s all.

I’m glad mom stepped on the bus and told the bully about herself.
Some of these schools hear things like this and never do anything.
And the bus drivers are told not to intervene when stuff like this happens but kids of any age shouldn’t be scared to learn or live life.
Much props to Yasmin aka momma bear
