Finding out lack of focus was a greater problem in podcast world then I thought. I know people I'm working with are pushing "authenticity" by having a loose format which I worry will turn into lack of focus.
Also, I didn't like the filler speaking throughout. I get your trying to advertise yourselves; I would better appreciate the agency and trust your design work if it was concise.
Reasons Your Podcast Will Fail:
1) Lack of Focus on value proposition (what you are selling to the customer as the purpose of the podcast)
2) Lack of quality, poor audio quality specifically.
3) Lack of execution-consistent schedule or at least set audience expectations of a schedule and keep it their. He gives a tip to try executing for 90 days with all your processes in place to get an idea of the execution.
4)Lack of distribution, get your podcast out in the right places to get discovered.

Just because you do 2 podcasts does not make you a success people measure success in different ways so while you're points are valid. Success in every day things like family ect. Is more important no offense just something to think about
