Hello, are you using original air flow meter? Or just without?
We are building on same engine, 535d injectors, turbosystems 400+ turbo, big intercooler, 3'' exhaust including downpipe, 550d Rail pressure sensor, R90 pump, singelmass flywheel, 6puck sinter clutsh. We are currently running without airflowmeter beacuse original was not circle shape. I think its ok to run without. We have no exhaust sensors at all.
And im wondering if we shoud change valve springs, but havent decided yet. Thinking of 400+ hp and around 800nm, hopefully.

Hi can you please elaborate on your flywheel / clutch situation? Im looking for a daily driven car and i do not want the noise/hassle from a single plate flywheel / clutch setup. Im from the UK. I need help and advice in regards to best setup
550i clutch set up, that's all you need to know. Good for 850nm and bolts straight onto m57 and 330d 6spd manual gearbox housing.
Theres a site 55parts they sell double clutches for 1000nm

Masz tutaj single czy biturbo ? Od kiedy czuc ze auto ma "moc" (dostaje juz odpowiednie cisnienie doladowania) ? Jaki czas 100-200kmh ? Mam 535d na stage1 ,zastanawiam sie czy isc w hybrydy czy zmienic na 204 konne 330cd i w tym sie bawic, tylko tak z drugiej strony to tylko 100kg roznicy w wadze i sporo trzeba zmienic a tu w zasadzie hybrydy i mam 450 koni bez ruszania ukladu paliwowego.
Mam singla w hybrydzie , czas 100-200 to 9,6 RL, jak masz zdrowe 535d to ja bym je zostawił.

I have dual mass Flywheel from a car e60 530d + Reinforced to 1000 nm so it is custom dual mass Flywheel. But the "chip" is also important because a well-written program does not destroy Flywheel

Single mass flywheel sounds terrible.
If you really want m30 flywheel will fit.
Old 635i 80s 633i 535i.
Gear rattle like crazy.
This flywheel is lighter too.
Besides sound it grips.
Need cdv delete too.
@@dariuszlowin dual mass dmf but what cluch and presure plate ? I only have 343bhp and 680 nm , have fitted sachs performance kit and it is laging ( makes a ratle when on power in 3 4 5 and 6 gear ) :(

Grear project, i scared to put so much boost, tired to change engines😅😅. I have one sirious questione, how we know 535 injectors have diferent spray angle than original small injectors. and the piston surface is much diferent One haved 145° and onother 160° spray angle.
Are this monster driving or stock biturbo injectors or the nozles are changed to ones with proper angle, what you think ???
Maibe thats why i have some extra smoke in back
m57n all have 160º spray pattern, only m57 has 144º.

Bez zmiany wieńca rozrusznika jest to niemożliwe bo próbowałem robić taki swap skrzynia HGA ma mniejszą średnice kołnierza mocowania na silnik. Także nie wiem jak zmiesciles to p&p

Use turbo frome e46 330D 204bhp and big intercooler and you have 260.
More horse power you need change injectors.

Depends, without brakes suspension around 3000 Euro, but that's with a new clutch plate and new turbo, on a budget 1000 euro is possible but engine or gearbox will blow up 😅
