The Biden administration says it does not view Israel's war in Gaza as genocide. US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has said that the administration believes Israel can and must do more to ensure the protection and well-being of innocent civilians. However, he added that they "do not believe what is happening in Gaza is genocide". According to Gaza health officials, more than 35,000 Palestinians have been killed in the enclave amid war.

yes, such a connotation entails solely the end of 6 million folks in a concentration encampment. it can only be applied under that specific condition...with the perpetrators being of european origin and the victims of a variety of ethnicity. hence no genocide here for the numbers are smaller than 6 mil, the perpetrators are not of european stock, and the victims are not a diverse group of ethnicities; despite the locale still being a ghetto.
