    Robert is the master of hiding a punch line. And when it comes you're always pleasantly surprised.

    Guys, it's comedy. It doesn't have to be accurate. Next question.

    A man sentenced to hang, slowly steps up to the gallows, as the hangman puts the noose around his neck, he says "Gee I wish I had a good global warming joke."

      3 jokes right there. The globe is a joke ( hoax ), so how can a hoax be warming...? And er, in the UK we call climate change “ the weather “...!? Research Flat Earth, Eric Dubay.

    • @copie77
      @copie77 4 роки тому +1

      The issue Shouldn’t even “climate change”, even stupid people know that the climate is changing because it always has and always will. The question is, who is responsible for it, and what if anything or nothing can be done about it. The people who think nothing can be done about it aren’t stupid. They are simply saying don’t pick our pockets to try and fix something that can’t be controlled by man. The fact that anyone thinks man can control the weather in any way, is the funniest thing of all. We aren’t gods and never will be. And the guy who really is controlling the weather is pretty pissed that people don’t give him the credit he is due.

      There was science at the dawn of school in first grade. Life science. My dear favorite study partner. You were in 3rd grade with serious study habit beginnings in school, so you influenced me to go hard, study hard; well into college. I prefer hard cover text books that our entire school system upgraded to by 4th grade. In middle school and high school; I was into school and hard work. If it's hard; it's giving structure. That's all that matters.

    There's a trove of comedy material buried, and not too deeply either, beneath the "science" of man-made global warming. That the words have sneakily been changed from global WARMING to climate CHANGE is your first major clue and portal into hilarity, and the fun keeps on going from there🙄😂..

      A year later, but...when I was growing up the big concern was global cooling. I guess there wasn't enough money in it in the late 70's early 80's.

      @@philliphayden2727 That’s exactly true.
      The same mindsets that we’re touting “ the coming ice age “ are the very ones today hyperventilating about “ our carbon footprint.”
      Whaaa...........?
      T h e y wanted to take the spent coal from power plants, (since it being a dark substance which holds heat more effectively) ship it to the North Pole and spread it across the polar cap in hopes of melting the ice and snow so we wouldn’t freeze to death 😳🙄😅🤣
      Follow the money.

    That was the worst intrview with a comedian that I have ever seen or heard. You interviewers seemed not to have any idea how to feed the interviewee. Next time, try feeding his jokes to him. Let him do his thing. "How important is accuracy?" What the heck kind of question is that for a comedian? Really? He's a comic!

    The whole thing about global warming is kinda dark. If it goes wrong we'll all regret it. If we can mitigate it and modify life styles to fit, we'll do OK. So messaging here is important, but ... Spending a lot of brain power crafting messages does shellac over the actual deal as we see it all around us. It almost feels like "spin" ... 🙃
