That's just kind of a thing Minato Giken elected to do, probably considering a bunch of the cuts that had to be made to even make the 8-bit port possible
This is a straight up port of the genesis version
Except some things
yes everything is fine released in 1994, it is planned that I will do the genesis version soon ^^
