    in unilateral dead lift(eccentric exercise isn't it that we will go with double leg with slight knee flexion and while coming up will do with single leg) ?

    may compression products for upper leg muscles help in preventing injuries in hamstring? Or help in recovering from an injury?

    Great. for the 1st exercise with the ball - is there anywhere you know of to get a printable step by step to take to the gym? Actually all of them would be good.
