Constructive criticism
1. Never skin from outside in, always come from inside out, cuts less hair
2. Peal more than cut while skinning, quicker , easier, cleaner
3. Pull on leg to seperate joints then follow muscle
4. Front leg, pull up, fallow seem
5. Make long slashing strokes with knife, quicker cleaner more efficient,
But not too bad, I've seen worse before
