1 cup frozen jackfruit
1 cup cherries
1/2 cup strawberries
PITAYA BOWL
3-4 frozen bananas
1 pitaya smoothie pack (or fresh dragonfruit)
1 mango
1 kiwi
1/2 cup strawberries
1 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tsp hempseeds
PLANTAINS
2 plantains
avocado oil (or oil of choice)
pickled red onion, sauteed
guacamole
cilantro (optional, garnish)
RAMYUN

CHICKPEA TORTILLA CHIPS

avocado oil (or oil of choice)

ROASTED JALAPENO SALSA
1-2 jalapeno peppers (remove seeds for less heat)
1 large garlic clove
1 large tomato
1 clove onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
sea salt, pepper to taste
ITALIANO SALAD
2 cups greens
1 handful fresh basil, chopped
1 handful sunflower sprouts
1 red bell pepper, roasted
1 cucumber
BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
1 tsp coconut aminos
1.5 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp agave (or sweetener of choice)
1/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
red chili flakes, sprinkle
sea salt, pepper to taste
keep in mind this is a small amount of dressing so feel free to triple or quadruple the recipe.

1/2 tsp blue majik
1/4 cup almond milk

2 tbsp chocolate grain-free granola
SPICY CUCUMBER SALAD
1 large cucumber
2-3 scallions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (recc. rice vinegar)
1 tsp maple syrup
1.5 tsp gochugaru
UDON STIR FRY
1 pack frozen udon noodles
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 onion, sliced
2-3 tbsp kimchi
bok choy or vegetables of your choice
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp mother in law's tangy gochujang
1 tsp coconut aminos (optional)

this is so different from the other thousand "what i eat in a day/week as a vegan" videos i loved it! food that doesn't require 12 steps, isn't potato/starch based and is actually good
Plantain or green bananas are actually starchy fruits when they ripen the resistance starch converts into sugar that's why yellow bananas are so sweet
i love every single one of these recipes, it gives me such inspo and shows me a lot of the meals/snack I like to eat at restaurants can easily be done at home as well!! thank u for these amazin videos

for the cucumber salad - I usually make it with sesame oil, soy sauce (coconut aminos), garlic, gochugaru, and sugar (some sort of sweetener). you can splash of vinegar to make it a little tangy or gochujang to make it spicier! hope it helps!

Oh no! I am devestated for you... that cup was beautiful! Suggestion: Could you film what sort of things you tend to have on hand, like oils and dry food, then what a typical grocery shop is like, then what you make with it all. Because as much as I enjoy seeing what you are eating, I am oddly surprised you just have sprouts or a carrot or whatever that I would normally have to think ahead of to have on hand.

You can actually eat the jackfruit seeds. It’s very common in Indonesia and it’s one of my favourite snacks!
All you have to do is submerge the seeds in water and boil them with some salt.
It’s nutritious and slightly nutty. Please give it a try 😆

30 minutes more or less. You know it’s cooked when you can pierce your fork through the seeds 😊

Love this video! By the way, don't throw out your jackfruit seeds! You can dry them in the sun/oven and then boil them so you can make mashed jackfruit seeds! They are sooo good! Like a nuttier mashed potato but with way more health benefits.

You can boil the seeds of the jackfruit in water and add salt, let them boil for like 15 to 20 mins, keep checking tho, and then remove the covering and eat it. I love it!❤ Also, amazing videos. ❤

Its been changing in recent years but I'd say the main shift is now I view steps to being healthy and well as things that enhance my life. Versus thinking of them as being rules and regulations which I thought would eventually result in wellness. I hope that makes sense!
