This corn is a mix between Jimmy Red, and Ohio Blue and it came out making some delicious moonshine. I am super excited to see what this strain tastes like from next years crop. The best liquor comes from heirloom corn, i can not wait to cross some more in the future.

Got little of that corn. I don’t have the high temp amylase. What’s the difference if I use malted barley? Don’t want to waste the corn.

Could just be off gassing still if you have a specific gravity hydrometer check the gravity but it could still bubble for a while even if it's zero just gasses still coming out
