The salad looked great. What do they do on Children’s Day? Most parents here revolve their world around the kids everyday. I know when my kids were young I was constantly thinking of fun places to take them several times a week. I had yearly passes to the zoo, the Science Center, the Children’s museum, and the local theme park. We had a pool in the backyard so they could swim and play in the water any time they wanted. They had friends and cousins visiting and spending the night almost every weekend. Everyday was children’s day at our house. 😂🤣 I think a lot of American households are like that. Looking back, it was pretty exhausting but we did have fun. My crew will all be here today celebrating Mother’s Day. It’s still fun when we all get together.

I'm Korean in my late 50's living in Pennsylvania but I haven't been back to Korea for over 50 years and I do enjoy the sightseeing videos and feel like I am there with you guys and I do enjoy the videos because it's whole some, calming and not over the top. I enjoy the ugly kitchen videos and It's not ugly but cozy kitchen for one, the salad looks delicious, Beemo seems like a kid on his dad's shoulder and the ottman looks so comfortable and a collapsible foot rest that would make it even more comfortable, sorry the grandmother in me focuses on the comfort. 😊❤👍 Looking forward to more of your day in our life.

It has been non-stop raining here too! And it got cold again, which is actually fine because our AC broke haha! I'm so glad you've been enjoying S&B and the Grishaverse! I've read the whole series and I am dying for more! I'm glad Kyuho enjoyed the Netflix series despite (I'm guessing??) not having read the books. IMO the whole series moves at breakneck speed and drops terms (like ostkazatsya and merzost) with like.. no context or explanation? I'm curious how non-readers have taken the series and whether they were confused or not. I still really enjoyed it because everyone did a great job, but it moved really fast in my opinion (which I also understand, given that they had 8 episodes to get it all in). We don't have Children's Day here in the US either (I don't think, at least, if we do I've never heard about it). Yes to the salad because it's getting warm out and we're going to plant our garden next weekend (was gonna do it this weekend but *gestures to all the rain*)! We don’t have a Kid’s Day in the US either, but we do have a Grandparent’s Day. My Grandparents raised me so I got to celebrate them 3 days. 😍
It has been non-stop raining here too! And it got cold again, which is actually fine because our AC broke haha!

I'm glad Kyuho enjoyed the Netflix series despite (I'm guessing??) not having read the books. IMO the whole series moves at breakneck speed and drops terms (like ostkazatsya and merzost) with like.. no context or explanation? I'm curious how non-readers have taken the series and whether they were confused or not. I still really enjoyed it because everyone did a great job, but it moved really fast in my opinion (which I also understand, given that they had 8 episodes to get it all in).
We don't have Children's Day here in the US either (I don't think, at least, if we do I've never heard about it).

I made the same question as kyuho in the same tone of voice! you don't have children's day? in argentina we have father's day in june, children's day in august, and mother's day in october. we also have family's day and grandparents' day... now that I think about it, we have a day to celebrate almost everyone. even friends (in july)
