,, sure like your Red, White and Blue avatar. Sooo much better than a greyed out adulterated flag with a damn blue stripe in it,, those things make me sick.
Nice to see you the straw baling beginning. Here in michigan we have 800 acres of winter wheat that will be double cropped with soybeans after harvest . Our wheat will be ready to combine in about 4 to 5 weeks . You guys can really tear through the hay and straw efficiently. Nice machines and great operators . Stay safe and farm on my friends !
If your going to keep on doing this type work just a thought but get an old enclosed semi trailer like what the moving companies use and set up a mobile shop in it put the big Lincoln welder and a big air compressor in it along with a pile of parts bolts oil grease tools and suck=h and get a canopy that folds out on one side so you got some shade to work under oh and have a big fan or 2 to blow air on ya when fixing stuff since it's so hot down there just a thought
I’m itching to start baling straw (no pun intended lol). I pulled the last 9 round bales of straw we had out of the barn over the weekend for the steers, got to ration them out over the next couple of weeks lol. We had a wet winter and used a lot of bedding on the steers.
you need some big universal joint swivels they take a little bit of hit from the impact. looks like you could easily get on the bolt with a swivel and an extension
Good afternoon Wes. First, I want to apologize for when I met you at tractor supply Sunday, I don’t think I even told you my name, Lance Bass. I have a problem of when I feel stressed, I think I say things I really don’t say. I also have a problem remembering names, and I want to apologize profusely to you and Teresa for calling William Jr that day, but I could not call his name to save my life. I think I was just amazed at my luck of running into you, as usually I have no luck. Anyway, I’m sorry it took me so long to comment, but I have been busy in the hay field this week, until today when we got just enough rain to shut me down. I am getting to the age where 5:30 in the morning to midnight every day wears me down. Anyway, I just want to say I hope you have a dry and very profitable trip down here this year and maybe I will run into you again. I remembered another video to show how long I have been watching, I may get behind once in a while, but I have watched every one of your videos since you carried the kids to Disney and had to buy that silver F-150 you still have to get home!! Good luck and I will damn sure keep watching!
Combine Machines "Flushed" an adult sasquatch (AKA Timothy Pandy) from the standing wheat while thrashing the head rows. Probably "bedded down" for the day as those creatures travel and forage mostly after dark.
More likely the head popped off from too much torque tightening it down, those monstermillwookies put out what, 1200 ft/lbs, that bolt is not that big.....
Wes, you ever look into buying or building a rake like the bailer connect where the pro shaft runs through the rake so you do 2 jobs at the same time wit minimal or no fuel impact.
what a glorious sight, all this wheat, happy Theresa in wheat, munching combines, munching balers, humming JD machines, wieeee, and a beerinator as bonus! :D
From my experience of owning a 9600, 9610, 9670 sts, s680, the walker platform machines are so much better at handling straw than the newer machines. If I was in the big business of straw baling I would most definitely invest in a nice walker machine even if my customers suddenly wanted to start baling their straw more frequently. I would just run both a 680 and walker machine. That’s how much better they are with straw.
Are you in North Carolina. I am right above Raleigh Durham and our wheat is not ready yet. I think a week and a half it should be ready. Good Luck with baling.
Looking good! Everybody please stay safe for this season. Should be cool seeing three balers in a field at the same time. Just wondering why Cody would not want to give the accumulator a shot. Or is it just to long?
I hope you get good weather! Don’t you love the converted surplus school buses? They are really ingenious, particularly the ones with the walking belt trailer bodies that they use for tobacco.
I think it came down to not needing to load hay for carl. last year they had 5+ loads a week needed to go out while they were doing staw and they were trying to do new hay all at the same time. this year he wanted the other tractor that ran the Bailer last year on a stack wagon because of the ivt and its a smother and faster ride. and they may have two stack wagons this year too.
Wes just wanted to say when you come to Canada to get you corn header if you're going to be near the London Ontario area if you want to learn about Apple farming you could get in contact with me and I could teach you something
Hey Wes, I saw something on UA-cam. Have you ever thought about pelletizing hay? I do not know about the market but I would think in your area it might be good for those who use pellet stoves. Just a thought. I know Krone has the attachment for it.
Thanks for reposting these older videos. I didn't realize that I had missed so many.
👍👍😊
Hopefully you farmers have a great yr. We don't need a food shortage in this country. Great respect for your hard work!
Great to see a family working together. Wishing you good luck.
God bless you and your family.

Praying for NO RAIN!! For ya buddy! ....darn rain has been horrible this year #stoneyridgefarmer
Good work 👌
Looks like the straw is a lot heavier this year. Go Wes go.

cant wait for more vids, does someone one know how many acres they will be baling? or for how many farmers do you guys work?
that school bus tender truck is genius
Just saw it and scrolled down to see who else thought the same.
Its a common sight here in NC. They made them into everything. I have seen them with beds hauling tobacco leaves.
Wishing you a safe and successful harvest!
Thanks for sharing your adventures, looking good. Stay safe, wishing you and your family the best.
You're latest kid can't wait to 'operate', some big dog equipment. His focus is on getting bigger, faster, sooner, NOW!
Good luck stay safe
Where could you be combining wheat on June 2 ??
George Davidson Spain started two weeks ago. Did 6500 bales in 10 days!
great video!
Loved the school bus conversion.
Good deal Wes I bet your glad to get started . You guys be safe and looking forward to other videos buddy
👍👍 Good luck!
Love it poor Tim from terminator to beerinhaler or from here to zere all in one lick.
Too funny, I had the same sort of day William did, woke up grumpy and kinda idled through the rest of it 🤣
Looking forward to more videos

We had good weather this year you should get enough bales this year to make up for last year.
Good luck down there and stay safe. .
What are your bale densities?
What do you set your pressure at in that straw
Glad to see the straw job starting.
Friggin awesome vid
Wilkes county NC, 1 to2 weeks for us, more like 2. What county are you guys in?
You guys yield better I’d say because of cooler climate.
Good luck all !
Great to see all of you back in the field.
I hope everyone is safe back home from the storms.
Hey Wes what is the wheat straw used for?
Hey Wes you need to get some wobble sockets to give you more freedom to move around in tighter spaces like that
I see $ on every bale you make! Your equipment fleet has grown and looks great!
German torque speck? Goodentight?
Morning from Alberta Canada
Thanks for the video. Hope everthing goes well for your family.
Good luck!
Terminator...........Beer-Inator 🤣🤣🤣 Sorry Tim, but that's Freaking Funny!
Combine Machines "Flushed" an adult sasquatch (AKA Timothy Pandy) from the standing wheat while thrashing the head rows. Probably "bedded down" for the day as those creatures travel and forage mostly after dark.
Glad to see you're back baling straw
Great vid Wes.. Take care sir..
Beerinator that's good!!! Looks like a good crop of wheat they have!!
Great video wes
Where in NC are you?
Did bolt break from all the torque that gearbox produces
More likely the head popped off from too much torque tightening it down, those monstermillwookies put out what, 1200 ft/lbs, that bolt is not that big.....
Nice start video
You guys have to wait until the straw is dry enough, or do they want you to clear the fields as fast as possible?
Owners probably want doublecrop beans in NOW so you have to make the decision to go even if it means a few damp bales. It will all dry soon enough.
Thoughts on the new 8RX Uncle Wes?
Tim awesome ring tone! Gravity Falls is a cool show!
Wes, you ever look into buying or building a rake like the bailer connect where the pro shaft runs through the rake so you do 2 jobs at the same time wit minimal or no fuel impact.
is tims ringtone the song from gravety falls?
Awesome
what a glorious sight, all this wheat, happy Theresa in wheat, munching combines, munching balers, humming JD machines, wieeee, and a beerinator as bonus! :D
Where yall at?
Awesome Wes !! Let’s get to work !
The straw looking better than last year?
good luck all thanks for the video
Nice update Wes !
happy to see staw it was hard to get last year
It's nice to see you dialing things in Wesley.

Payne agreed! Walker machines still handle straw better. Rotary are worse. New Holland CR not too bad, but Deere rotary is one of the worst for straw.
Welcome to North Carolina. Hope you have good weather and few breakdowns

Timoteo alias coronanatior🍺💪
Says it’s damp well no shit it’s fresh out the combine
What part of NC yall in? Looks like down east
Did you bale white the loader tractor?
I think he figured out that 8 series is just to big for a loader.
Hydrogen embrittlement causes the head on the bolt head to pop off. Caused by age and temperature changes.
How large of platforms are they cutting with? 45’ would definitely feed your baler nicely!
And way you go 2020 make hay while the sun shining
Have fun in the straw. Hoop things go well for you
Good luck wes
Good job sod buster
Pineapple delight...amen...9:03..cheers mang
Happy days!

Why don't you grow wheat? you would have the crop & straw to sell.
William isn't home, lol does he have his toy tractors and stuff from home to play with???
Gitter done Wes and family hope everything goes smoothly
