Hello, There is one fuse on the outside of the power supply box above the plug receptacle. It is a 1Amp fuse, short glass tube style. I can send you a picture of all the specs if you send me you email to OpticalSaver@gmail.com
Just wonder how to fix the problem of lower rolling part. It stuck because of small ball fallen from it's place.. same slitlamp.. back and forth movement..
If a ball bearing has fallen out from the front lateral spindle, that won't cause it to get stuck but it should alert you to a more serious problem in the sleeve bearing that holds the ball bearings inside the spindle. When you remove it be prepared to have the other ball bearings come pouring out, be careful!

Yes, check all connections to the power supply. Then check power at the wall socket it's plugged into. The LED green light could be burned out but that's only relevant if your Slit-lamp still works.
Do you know what it means when the power light is blinking and the bulb keeps getting burnt out extremely fast in the BD900 slit lamp?
