Messy Monday's; Let's make Napkin Paper - Faux Glassine / Faux Rice Paper

Hi everyone and welcome to my channel. Thanks for tuning in to another video from me.
It's Messy Monday time again! In today's video I thought I'd show you how I make my own Napkin Paper. It's like faux galssine / faux rice paper and can be used in similar ways. I'll show you my process and we'll also have a craft with the finished paper. So, grab your napkins and let's have some messy fun...
Napkin's sourced from local Supermarkets in the UK.
My decoupage glue is homemade and is a 3:1 ratio of PVA Glue to water.
And don't forget to save and re-purpose you old cereal packet liners as they are perfect for this project!
