He was probably in discomfort, under severe stress (perhaps from his perspective) and wanted some real solution to his problems despite jack-off doctors/"medical" personnel discharging him. (although, I wouldn't be surprised if he could simply not afford appropriate treatment) That said, he should have tried to comply, perhaps asked if he could lie down/fidget some. I dunno.
This is why I am all for Law enforcement in making them use Less than lethal first before resorting to lethal. I would even make it a State and Federal law where law enforcement is required to use less than lethal before resorting to lethal force as a last resort. If a cop uses lethal without justification and not documented on camera, then that cop would be thrown in Federal prison.
That was not how you deal with humans with mental illnesses you allow them to talk and show them you’re listening they will calm down when they feel you are there to help them.
The police was called, they have an obligation to respond. If anything, the officer was perfectly calm and cool - did not shout and approached him in a friendly manner.
The cop was trying to deescalate the situation by calming talking to the guy. He's the one tripping out and acting aggressive towards the officer. If he'd just calmed down and been reasonable, it wouldn't have been necessary to use the less lethal on him. He was lucky they were trying really hard to be nice and calm towards him.
Please don't abandon the public / consumer level. We like Pepperball!
Wtf was this guy on he’s moving around like a cartoon

Maybe meth use
Excellent none lethal control.
He got BLASTED😂😂😂
Pepperballs are the best "Less lethal" Method out there. Every Police should use it. Same for home defense.
Speak for yourself. It affects everyone, not just the perp / inmate. That stuff is brutal.
@@TaylorShawn You cough, spit, cry... but you walk away. That doesn't happen when trigger happy cops are spraying bullets.
Not even a proper villain. Started crying like a little girl. 🙄
Excellent🎉
