I wonder if two cameras could be used on one Pi5 to get 3D pose data. Cheap motion capture for importing into Blender....

Only if you have a stereo model to run inferencing on stereo images, im unsure of any, most are focused on monocular inferencing

Yes - works just the same as if you were using OpenCV without acceleration - you get an array of positions etc
