It depends on the spacing , in the corner it is guarantee , in the mid you have to be closer when you hit with the L tatsu , sometime his Hdp can whiff after L tatsu because of the distance , hope it help 🙏🏾

It depends on the character you’re fighting mid screen, characters like zangief and blanka with big models it works on every other character you have to do it in the corner after L tatsu
