Ich würde mich gerne mal mit einem der 33 Unliker bei Kaffee und Kuchen zusammen zu setzen und erfahren, warum ihnen dieses Stück nicht gefällt. Es ist perfekt intoniert. Und Jacob der Haan ist einer der besten Arrangeure, die ich kenne. Ich liebe seine Musik und werde von ihr getragen. Sie ist für mich das beste Antidepressiva. Natürlich respektiere ich, wenn einem diese Art von Musik nicht gefällt. Aber wie gesagt: ich würde gerne die Gründe kennen, weil ich schon auch das Gefühl habe, dass der Daumen nach unten ein Indiz dafür ist, von Musik nicht all zu viel zu verstehen oder mit so viel Sorgen und innerern Zweifeln beladen zu sein, dass man sich für die Schönheit dieser Musik nicht öffnen kann. Vermutlich versteht man aber auch nicht all zu viel davon, wie ein Orchester funktioniert, welche Arbeit es macht, solche Stücke einzustudieren...also liebe "Unliker", einfach mal vorbei kommen und mich aufklären. Kaffee und Kuchen steht für euch bereit..;-)
The audio is wonderful! I did expect lots of close-ups in the video, however. I like to see the different sections featured when their turn comes to shine :)
In order to have close-ups, you need to have someone operating the camera. That’s not always possible... band personnel are already busy transporting instruments, playing music, et cetera. In this case, they just set up a video camera on a stand and maybe a separate recorder, which is more doable.
this is a very good band, minor details don't spoil the performance, when you claim that someone else plays it better please back it up with evidence I am an old dog in music I can't just swallow "a band I know does it better" best recording I have found of this theme. Congratulations.
Overall a fine performance with one of favorites. But some instruments are clearly stumbling with their attacks. But that's the way it is, when you play brass... I'm playing cornet myself.
Also 1. Respekt: Gail gespielt!!! 2. Ein besseres Publikum kann man sich nicht vorstellen, das erst dann klatscht wenn der Dirigent den Stab weg nimmt! :D
It sounds like its the simple version. A lot of fast notes lack in here. My youth orchestra does this too, and apart from the percussion we do this equally. Originally this is a piece for a harmony so thats why it sounds weird.
we just played this piece today at practice. with a band of 40 it's a great feeling not just listening to it but playing it
