I guess one reason we're seeing Zato more frequently is due to him being able to more easily handle Dizzy in combat due to him having a reflector which as we know is a anti-zoning tool
Yeah it sucks to play against especially as milla, since dizzy can shut down most air options with a single fish. Then you have to be grounded against her absurd sword and ice spike
So glad to see some great Zato on here. Can’t say for sure if he’s back but great Zato players have always made him look awesome. Most fun character to watch and it ain’t close.
Even if Zato is low tier character, Debu is still cooking with maining him. I'm also a Zato main myself and it's really giving me a joy to see good zato players
How do you feel yourself as a zato main? Im thinking of buying strive just to play zato. Im fairly new to fighting games so idk if it will be worth the time and effort to learn a complicated character this far into the game's lifetime
@@itscoolthough419 sorry if my english is not good, as a zato main and i can tell you that zato looks easy in this video, but zato extremely hard to play, because the way of how zato and eddie (the shadow) works is pretty difficult to master, because zato attacks when start pressing a button and eddie attacks when you release a button, so if you want to make preassure with him, you have to hold buttons and realease the correct buttons to play right, and that's not the only reason because he is hard to play, also his strategies are very difficult to perform, because eddie dies when he gets hit, so you have to use zato attacks to protect eddie and eddie attacks to protect zato, and thats how works, this is only a concept summary of how zato and eddie works. The worst part of learn zato is the begininng, is so frustrating to play, so you should start with an easier character to learn how the game and mechanics works. Zato One is a extremely fun character to play with and a fun character to see in this videos, so i totally recommend it
@@Arqodeon gotchya. I remember a couple encounters where either it was because of the ice floor, or they dash canceled chestnut, but they basically hugged my character(bedman?), which allowed me to throw them as well. But that's specific to spacing as well.
loving all the zato recently

It’s kinda devious how Ice Fish can catch a Zato in the stratosphere. Don’t play Zato but I enjoy watching him!

@@discobanana0394 i love michael sword
@@mcgardenshedsofficialDoes it have 3 different ranges? I thought I saw a close, mid, and full screen Michael sword.
@@Shurmash 2 michael swords. 214s is faster but has lower range and damage, and 214h is slower but more range and damage.
His oppose change was lowkey underrated, he could still use buffs but yea that move has gotta be nice

Zato is better than before but the sword nerd does hurt him since you can now just jump over tye follow up drill.

214p can autoaim zato fly god damn
I’m so nervous to say he is back… but he just might be
that first round goes crazy
4:14 average Dizzy rushdown
Is there a gap between chestnut there? I haven't tested it, but getting pressured with that move in the corner hurts.
@@Akira_1001 you must standblock then 6P (but if she goes for c.S instead of chestnut you kinda explode)

I wonder if I should be using the fire spear more, myself. 😂
Also: Take a shot every time Dizzy uses For Roasting Chestnuts (236K). Good luck.
is the zato nation back?
buff zato he needs it
Sooooo is zato back?
hes only slightly better than b4
No lie micheals sword is annoying as fuck in this match up
As a full screen punish it's annoying in most matchups lol. And the chip damage is wild especially from the largest version.
@@Shurmashyeah that chip is BS. It does almost as much as some of my hits!
