Man, this was the best farm I've ever done in my life! I literally got 30 xp levels in 25 seconds, my phone runs at 60 fps and it went to 30 because of so many pigman drops lol. Normally I don't comment on videos in English, I'm Brazilian and I made a point of using the translator to leave my feedback here, thank you very much bro! I will never farm Enderman or Mobtrap XP again xD

I haven't seen a farm like this before but this farm is crazy for exp, i got to level 50 in just 10 minutes, i would recommend this farm for late game players
I don't know who needs to hear the this but make sure you have fire speeds on in your settings
heres a tip if you dont have a sunflower, get a map and look west. hope this helps👍
or check which direction the sun rises and falls, being east and west in that order
How can I turn off the farm?
I like to add a piston that extends in to the frame when turned off. I hate when the portals still light in off mode.

You can simply place blocks inside the portal to stop it.
to automate it you can add pistons and connect it to a single lever.

This farm works amazingly just like in the video, one thing I had an issue with is that you didn’t list the materials. since I’m a late game player I didn’t have this issue but I would recommend listing them for other players who want to build this farm

I built everything as in the video and for the first few times it worked, except that from this morning the pigmen killed by the tridents don't drop me xp, but if I kill them with the swords they drop them... what's the problem? as already said above it worked automatically for 1 day then no more xp auto but manually yes.

Meh, smelting swords requires fuel, which requires time to aquire. You will not need to smelting the swords, I promise.

The farm was going well but now the portals no longer catching alight. Anything I can do?
I built it the same way, but to turn it off I placed one lever in the middle and connected front 4 dispensers with red stone, the back 2 are too far away so they have their own lever. I’m sure there’s a way to connect them all but I’m not a red stone mechanic😂
Update- I built a pathway of red stone connecting all dispensers, repeaters spaced throughout, to a smooth stone slab vertical tower where a lever is on grass floor, this works as a on off switch, I will try to move the on/off switch to the kill chamber for ease.

I built the farm and it was working perfectly fine but for some reason my observers just stopped working so then I replaced them but now everything isn't happening as quickly, will place the snow a couple times before the portal even lights does anybody know how to fix this

Mobile users and Switch users (Idk about the other platforms) beware. This could kill your framerates. This is a beast, but must be used carefully on servers/realms

If you ensure your redstone clock system for the kill box won't break, you should be fine. Also, build a proper item sorter that can keep up.

I have invented a new portal lighting technique that is only one block thick enabling portals to be stacked one block apart. You can also use the combine 2 side by side sharing 1 wall and use the same lighting system for both.
You can put 10 portals over a single waterflow 43 blocks wide by 8 blocks long (plus the trough in front to funnel them to the kill chamber).

I have a problem, i built this incredible farm but when i go in my first nether portal (the one i use), an army of pigmen attack me when i spawn in the nether.
(They are in my base that i built in the nether
Try closing the farm before going back in nether. You can turn of the farm simply by placing blocks inside the portal

I have a problem where all the xp gets stuck in the hoppers and when I set the difficulty to peaceful and went to the hoppers, I got an insane amount of xp so I was just wondering how I can easily get the xp if anyone knows
For me the XP would automatically get collected when I went around the hoppers closely from all sides
You can replace one of the glass at the trident killer with a sideways stair

I’m on 1.20 built it underground no other mobs spawning because it’s bright with glow stone portals work fine there are just no piglins spawning

It's a problem with miencraft. In some worlds, no matter what, the piglins don't spawn through the portal.
Sometimes, I have to create a new world just for this farm.
Before building the whole farm, just make the portal and make it blink to check if the piglins spawn or no
Portal frames must face east to west. Bottom of portal frame must be above y level 0. Difficulty must not be on peaceful. Mob spawning must be turned on. Fire spread must be on.
Can I make this wider to get even more xp. So instead of 3 rows of nether portals say I did 10 but followed all of the other dimensions would it work?

I use a different design that fits 5-6 portals into a single chunk(better for redstone).
16x23 portals with 2 block space between. Lava
, trapdoor, and observers on portal edges between portal frames. Works like a charm. I built it in 4 chunkcs with 24 total portals. Gets lvl 50 in about 1 minute. I use a more complex trident killer to include water in the kill box for faster trident kills with impaling V enchantments. I also had to build water channel item sorter to handle item drops. I only sort the gold bigots and nuggets and send the rest to land on lit netherack.
70 obsidian per portal, not counting the corners.
6 portals per chunk for 420 total obsidian.
20 observers
100 trapdoor or 50 wood doors. 10 buckets of lava.
6 buckets of powdered snow
6 pistons
30 frog lights or glow stone.
6 dispensers

No it doesn’t so the durability doesn’t matter
Nope and it never will. tools only lose durability when used by a player (or mob I think)

We made 6 nether portals of 17x17 size. So the total comes to 408
@@hex-gaming9139not to be that guy but to find the perimeter if one portal is 16 x 4 since you can’t count the corner twice so the total actually comes out to 384 obsidian not 408. Ik im a nerd

That's true. You can simply place blocks inside the portal to stop it, and maybe add restone with pistons and connect it to a lever.
