Those strawberry candles are perfection.
Obsessed with the binaural effect of the sounds switching sides m. It helps me get sleepy so quickly because my eyes will go back and forth behind my eyelids “chasing” the sound and it’s so relaxing 😌 💤
I don't know if you know this, but making the eyes move like that (with moving sounds or lights) is the base technique of EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, that is a psychotherapy treatment that is designed to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories. That's why is so relaxing!!

@@lallalafuffina3962yes! I am in EMDR therapy and told my therapist about ASMR.
ASMR was new to her, so I showed her. She thinks, it is the same effect as EMDR.
I remember discovering your channel years ago, and falling asleep listening to them every night. I love how your channel grew and how great you got at this!
