lmao nahh it's because of a blue light, certain colors will turn neon under it. If you've ever done Lazer tag they usually have the room lit with one.

As a teen with ADHD, this video is amazing for me. I love it so much ( my favorite is probably 6:00-8:00), but I sent this to a group of my friends with ADHD, and some of them hated it. For me, it was great though, new subscriber ❤
I think sometimes it depends on the person. Some people with adhd just don’t like sounds/some sounds bother them. I know mouth and eating asmr really bother me lol. Just takes trial and error :)

I have ADHD and when I saw this on my FYP I instantly clicked bc I was like "A ASMR FOR ME?? I HAVE BARELY SEEN STUFF LIKE THIS FOR MEE!!" And all these triggers were so intriguing That I couldn't sleep bc I was way to focused on the triggers and I didn't want to fall asleep to miss them, But these triggers were so cool! Carmen, I just recently started watching your channel. I have a horrible time sleeping, between PTSD, an unusual form of Lymphoma, * an EXTREMELY rare Connective Tissue Disorder. I'm always in pain & comes with a lot of sleep disturbances I have tried several medications. However in the few days that I have listened to your ASMR videos at night, I have slept like a baby!! Normally when I see adhd asmr there pretty loud and aggressive which hurts my ears, but this was more calm and relaxing plus this was really well made as well

I have both adhd and autism and a lot of the time these things can be super overwhelming. This on the other hand? Perfect. The triggers were soft enough, they lasted long enough before changing, and the visuals helped keep me interested without being so much to look at. I know you put that disclaimer at the beginning and i was a bit worried when i saw it, but i do not regret a THING when watching this! Nothing was overwhelming, and it wasnt underwhelming either. It was all perfect, and you mastered the balance between visual and sounds in this video. Wonderful job!

my friends know me as an ASMR hater but it's been years since I tried listening to ASMR so i decided to try it again. I searched for ASMR, I scrolled to see one titled "ASMR for ADHD" I continue reading "ASMR to Help You Focus" (side note, I've been writing a book and I have writer's block right now and i can't focus of it either) this has changed how I look at ASMR! thank you for helping me get some work done!!! keep doing what you're doing, beautiful nails by the way, thank you!!
I swear I get the most tingles from your videos of almost any ASMRtist I follow, and I usually have pretty high tingle immunity as well as getting turned off of most artists because of overuse of tap, nails on nails, or mouth sounds. I actually don't mind skipping through the parts that don't work for me and getting to the ones that do for your content because it's SO good it's worth the occasional second or so of the negative ones to get to the good ones.
