Mass Effect 3 - Tali tries to upgrade the Normandy's stealth drive - All variations + cut dialogue

After the mission Arrae: Ex-Cerberus Scientists, you will find the engineers listening to Tali's new proposal - an upgrade to the Normandy's stealth drive. They will not be thrilled with the idea but that will not discourage Tali from trying to implement it anyway.
This video includes all possible variations since Ken and/or Gabby may not survive the events of ME2. There are also several lines if Adams is not present, although they are impossible to hear in the game without save editing.

Cut content restored with save editor, i believe, because in a normal playthrough, Adams will never die.

Yes, their presence is determined by two separate save flags.

How have I never seen this scene? Do you miss it if you don't go down to engineering after Arrae?

I got curious and checked, since these types of conversations usually only play out just after completing a corresponding mission, but this one doesn't seem to be time limited. Maybe it got overwritten by different ambient dialogue related to other missions.
