I'm not sure if there is a manual but I know there are pushers on the sides of the case to adjust the calendar.

Here's their website but I honestly can't find this exact watch anywhere....the seller I bought it from said it was a rare one. Keep your eyes out on ebay for other variations of the alpha annual calendar pieces
