I came from a massive fanatic group of Ravers of all kinds, when I first heard of skrillex it put me off looking into more Dubstep, but then realised that compared to Dubstep artists such as Flux, Chasing Shadows and Magnetic Man, skrillex barely scratches the surface of Dubstep, yes it is commercial electronica and nothing more :)
I met these people on vacation, they had the exact thing (with only knowing skrillex), but they where so happy when I introduced them to other dubstep dj's, I was so happy that day! finaly people admitting that they where "wrong"
people are gonna have their opinions plain and simple. honestly that's how everything in the world is plain and simple. people want to debate and they want things they love and they love to hate on things that they say they don't like. its the circle of life.
@daaangELLIS Molly is pure MDMA (or is at least suppose to be). Whereas Ecstasy is MDMA mixed with Heroin, Coke, Meth, Speed, Ketamine (which gives you a totally different experience, as it is an anesthetic), and others.
I've realized that a lot of dubstep songs on youtube have drops within a few seconds of 0:55. I believe this is for the sole perpose of giving commenters the option of saying "droping it like a B0:55" and having it work.
