These ordinances will most likely be considered a violation of The Public Law(s) 101 Universal Declaration Of Human Rights

What can I expect from an attorney in a noise ordinance violation case?

When Attorney Michael Rubas defends you in Municipal Court, he takes the necessary legal actions to dismiss, reduce or defeat the charges, or minimize the penalties associated with a noise ordinance violation charge. When it is in your best interest, the Rubas law firm may plea bargain your charges. However, in so doing, Mr. Rubas will closely scrutinize and apprise you of the State’s case, and examine the best defenses possible before entering into a plea agreement. The Rubas Law Offices’ aggressive approach is calculated to raise all available defenses on your behalf.
