I have been watching van builds for years (currently building my own) and no one does a better job of building a van or designing a layout than this channel. Always a thumbs up 👍
Great build. Good solid craftsmanship that is comfortable, practical and looks great. It's not over designed or over complicated, just user friendly, reliable, and caters to every need, without the fuss. My perfect van. Thank you.
Some really good ideas in this van build. I like the lower shelves that fold down for extra space in the kitchen, and I love the fridge and freezer - a lot of space! Thanks!
This van has all a nomad could wish for. It's also very beautiful with the matching wood grain continuing on the lift ups. I was pleasantly surprised to see reversed struts over the stove for reachable items while cooking. The freezer on bottom of refrigerator is nice too. This is a dream mobile home van; however, I am sure these beautiful elements are all very costly. It is possible that we could incorporate a few ideas in our DIY builds.
This is a great build. I like the idea of using engine heat to heat water. Great idea to just run the engine a bit before a shower rather than installing complex propane or electric.
We have a 2021 Coachmen Beyond 22C which is similar to this transit. I love your overhead compartment over the rear doors for longer items! That and the kitchen counter extensions would make our van (that we LOVE) even more efficient. Great looking van you got there!
Nice build! I see the shower as a huge space that's largely wasted since it's only used a small % of the time. It would be easy to put a closet rod across the top and also another rod holder that drops down an inch from the van ceiling. Then when you want to use the shower or toilet you just grab the rod inside the shower and move your hanging closet to the hall, or behind the passenger seat, wherever you decide to install the secondary set of rod holder brackets. Then when done, you just move the rod back to the shower. It takes 10 seconds. And that way the shower space is serving double duty as a large hanging locker.
Currently in the market for a transit. I was considering getting a passenger. Too many windows for my liking. Was thinking of adding a second row, shower, fridge, and full size bed. May have to sacrifice the shower.
Outstanding! We're just finishing our 350 High-Roof Extended conversion. Been working on it for 14 months. Wish I had seen this video before we started. We would have done things differently. One thing we still need is an entry step for the sliding door. Yours looks perfect. Would you please tell us who makes it and where you bought it. And did you have to have a custom mounting bracket made? Thanks.
Great Build. This is the first transit conversion I've seen with a passenger van other than the one my husband and I are converting. Does it have mosquito screens for those back popout windows. We live in Ontario and have so many mosquitos, for the life of me I can't figure out how to make window screens which incorporate the opening mechanism on the window. Any ideas?
I've been looking at hundreds of van builds and this one is pretty close to perfect! Minus the cost of the van itself, what is a price range for something like this and could you do this same build in a Ram Promaster?
Hi there, I was wondering what the total length of the bed is when the bed is mounted at that height. Can someone 6 foot tall comfortably sleep in it? Thanks
Different devices require different amperages to charge, a flush mount plug can be inserted if all you want to use it for is charging a phone. I like to keep it flexable. Like someone may have to sleep with a Cpap machine. Thanks Erik
I stopped listing everything because it did not seem like anyone cared. Check out the links in the description on this build. ua-cam.com/video/xQJXXvg1T-A/v-deo.html The oven is from Furrion. Good luck
Please see Revelation 14:12 cause its interesting cause it says the 2 characteristic of what a saint is. Revelation 14:12 (King James Version) 12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
Finally ! Someone who understands the importance of fans in a motorhome and a big fridge. Nice build !

Thank you! We enjoy the challenge of custom crafting Vans.
I like this Van over all the other vans that I've seen just because it's simple the simplicity of it is what I like!
Exactly. Every component is solid, practical, and durable. It's very comfortable and will stand the test of time well, by the look of it.
The attention to detail you do is really amazing!
Best van build ever
Excellent van layout, one of the best I'v seen.
This is the very best use of space I have seen so far in the many builds I've checked out.
Great build. Good solid craftsmanship that is comfortable, practical and looks great. It's not over designed or over complicated, just user friendly, reliable, and caters to every need, without the fuss. My perfect van. Thank you.
Gorgeous build. I like the flip up counters that are on the side of the seating area.
Wow, what a fantastic build. I really love the design. Thanks for the view.
Great job loved the cupboard space

Everything has trade offs.
I love this. My favorite built and it's on a Ford which is my preference. Great job. 👍
Pretty amazing 👏van build.
I love this latest build, Erik! (aka Jeff from Seattle)
Thanks Jeff! Keep us posted on your travels!
I love the fridge freezer!

I also love that all water is filtered! This van is not only beautiful- it is so well designed. You thought of everything!
LOVE it‼️Perfect❤️

We custom build each van and we could build that, this is a great option! Thanks Erik
My favorite van conversion to date, well done!
Would you be so kind as to put in a link to the upper cabinets gas struts
Currently in the market for a transit.

Good job 👍🏿beautiful van!!!
Love those windows. But what about isolation from heat and cold. It's it ok?
Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪

You had me .........until you got to that toilet. Still this is a beautiful rig, the wood is gorgeous.
amazing , trying to get a Mobile Groom bus conversion on E350 Shuttle bus
What was the total added weight of your build? Looks so nice, I suspect it is a big number. Thanks
Great Build. This is the first transit conversion I've seen with a passenger van other than the one my husband and I are converting. Does it have mosquito screens for those back popout windows. It did not have screens. I used screen and magnets on the outside when i tested it
Love the vertical sliding mechanism for the lift top table @7:53. What is that called?
It is a slider for an automotive seat
Cool Van dude, thx.Say,What brand is this oven??
Furrion. Thanks
I've been looking at hundreds of van builds and this one is pretty close to perfect! Minus the cost of the van itself, what is a price range for something like this and could you do this same build in a Ram Promaster?

Hi good evening Erik where. Can I buy ceiling wood like yours ?
How do you access the battery, do you have room?
I was wondering what they use for blinds or curtains did not see any.
Whatever the customer wants. I like these window covers. www.vanessential.com/
I have family in the Greater Detroit area, so I do not want that many windows 😅.
So, how tall are you? What is the size of the bed? The windows open but, I didn’t see a screen. Why did you use different hinges?
Nice, advantages of a passenger van?
Lots of natural light from all the windows.
The proximity of major electrical to plumbing….
Hi there, I was wondering what the total length of the bed is when the bed is mounted at that height. Can someone 6 foot tall comfortably sleep in it? Thanks
I cant remember what this was. but we can make the length what ever someone would want.
Beautiful build. I am also considering a transit build because my family is tall. What are the dimensions for the bed?
Hey @eriklokken who makes that skylight? thanks
Can anyone help with the internal width at roof level?
Hi, How do you leave your doors open in the Ford Transit, without draining the battery? Thanks!
The newer vehicles will turn the lights off after 15 minutes
Did. you remove the original curtain airbags?
Yes, the owners did that before we built it out
@@ErikLokkenNRVC probably different laws, it is pretty much illegal across Canada :( so I have to build around them
No blinds or curtains?
Curious what y’all did with the rear passenger side airbags?
The customer had sensor bypasses installed.
Does the AC/heat work when the van is not running?
I'm interested in the bathroom. What are the walls made of? What are the dimensions?
24 x 36" shower pan, Walls are 1/2" pvc sheet.
I am interested with your van conversion , where are you located?
visit www.narrowroadvanconversions.com/ We are near St. Paul Minnesota
Nice build but maybe it's me but I'd be scared of the propane tanks under the van......think I'd skip that.
I’m surprised to see DC charging by the dinette/bed, but no USB?
Different devices require different amperages to charge, a flush mount plug can be inserted if all you want to use it for is charging a phone. I like to keep it flexable. Like someone may have to sleep with a Cpap machine. Thanks Erik
How much do you charge to build these out?

13:02 bad idea.
I want a build with unbreakable windows and doors that can’t be pried open. Full security.
They make a window film that makes breaking windows very difficult.
Stay away from those places!
That propane tank under the vehicle. Extremely dangerous.
It would be nice if you would give name brands for appliances electronics fixtures etc. You hardly gave name brands for anything accept the toilet.
