Not sure if ya have ever tried but Home Depot sells some cheap pipe cutters that work awesome for the bar ends leaves a nice end and keeps the cuts nice and straight and wont get hot. 👍
Polini cylindres are good , but if you have a built like that , I would suggest stage 6 streetrace or stage 6 mk 2 / mk 2 sport pro , those are INSANE , keep up the good work ❤❤😍😍
Totally agree, I never rated stage 6 cylinders, always ran the Malossi Polini variants. But I have to give it to them, the sport pro with a race crank, c16, just a decent 21mm carb/reed valve and set that squish to around 0.6 you will be fuckin flying. I’ve done the Mhr stuff and for overall bang for buck, reliability and consistent power the sport pro is a loooooong way in front
@@jamiejablonski5339 That's right, I'm right there with you, and the setup also sounds really neat. I find simply plugged from a plug and play cylinder 17 hp to get is already mentally ill ^^ ... I like to watch your videos, keep up the good work :)
i have a GY6 4 stroke and i want to tune it, everything is stock except the 70cc cylinder, i want to add a MotoForce Racing CVT Kit, but idk maybe i need a better carb with intake and exhaust aftermarket
What do you think is wrong with my aprilia sr50 2gen. When im giving it full gas it amidiatly hits the rev limiter and keep the fire content coming i really love it
id love to know what the seat height is on your wheelie builds cos my scooter feels so high up, i know that makes wheelies easier to have the ass end high but its stock height and i can barely get my foot on the rack and in 6 foot
If i may suggest a 70cc build😊 Try a Malossi MHR or Polini Corsa Cillinder Polini 28mm PWK carb Gillera Runner Belt Malossi Delta Clutch Polini or Yasuni Variator With a Sito Plus or a Yasuni C16 exhaust Malossi VL13/16 Reed Valve Gears to your liking Fast Throttle Stage 6 Powerfilter Malossi Clutch Bell. Black Push & Pull Springs😁 With some proper adjusting you have a wild wheelie machine😁😁
Just bought a genuine roughhouse 50,more comfortable than my bugeye. Time to do a mild street build for it
Cool cool.. I had a Booster way back with Aeros engine, rims and fork.. Full Malossi MHR build and a team speed pipe.. Good stuff!
Nice of you to help your buddy build his scooter 👍
Glad u did that scooter justice 🤙

Have you tried heavier rollers? Light rollers will rev up quickly.
@@BloodBath707 no i haven't thanks for the tip

Hello Trevor, Do you run an air filter on that carb and what jetting do you normally set them to? Cheers j p
Another dope video keep it up
What bike do you recommend for speed cruises with friends pre-bug 50 or bugeye 50 for the aftermarket parts this will be my first build?
prebug all day
No idea how I found these videos but glad I did.

What adaptor did you use to keep the aluminum elbow to run with the cp21?
will you ever do a build getting the best performance out of a 50cc cylinder? maybe on a horizontal minarelli engine?
🔥🔥🔥banger
How do you cut the case?
If i may suggest a 70cc build😊
Try a
Malossi MHR or Polini Corsa Cillinder
Polini 28mm PWK carb
Gillera Runner Belt
Malossi Delta Clutch
Polini or Yasuni Variator
With a Sito Plus or a Yasuni C16 exhaust
Malossi VL13/16 Reed Valve
Gears to your liking
Fast Throttle
Stage 6 Powerfilter
Malossi Clutch Bell.
Black Push & Pull Springs😁
With some proper adjusting you have a wild wheelie machine😁😁
I have a 02 zuma bug eye I believe it’s a horizontal engine do I need to swap out for a vertical engine ? I’m new to the scooter life lol
horizontal is a more powerful engine tons of aftermarket
Wished I had a homie like you in the Seattle area. 😢😢 I could have been at Ferry2Ferry today. I’m going to need help once I get the BBK.
Which yasuni is that?
Tuff build boyz!! Is a stock good working oil pump ok to use for a mild 70 zuma build instead of premixing ?
i never trust stock oil pumps on these old bikes!
But if one would trust a oil pump is it enough oil for a 70 ? Good oil of course
I would have welded HDT to the vertical for a long time
how did it not blow when he did full throttle cause the cylinder is cast iron right?
why would it blow
@@MOPBOYZ cast iron should be drove in or how u say it? Max 3/4 throttle the first 500kms
Never seen someone put there feet down while moving to do a wheel that's crazy instinct there.
also huge luck to homie, hope he can get those wheelies down b4 🧚2🧚

You should build a minarelli horisontal sometimes
i’ve built a few on the channel. most recently the f12 , my last video before this lol
stage 6 mk2 and a yasuni c 21
c 21 is too top end of a pipe for a wheelie bike, i run c21 on my f12 and not a fan at all for it to be on a prebug wheelie build!
@@MOPBOYZ you can do a dr 70cc cilinder with a sito plus pipe
@@MOPBOYZ and youre vids are dope
Where are the key chains
in finland we call that "Laiska"
Just asking but can you find and buy a new scooter, thats not a zuma, maybe some euro scooters?
