Kudos on the clean driving. With how slippery the physics are in TXR 3, it's hard to keep races clean without risking spin outs from tyre degradation or simply get completely passed from wallriding enemies.
The physics are slippery but I think most people just drive way to aggressive and dont bother braking as much since you can wall ride. Tires were not an issues since I just challenged them from the rivals list
I wish more racing games had the attention to detail like this and other Genki Racing Project games. There aren't too many big-name racing games that integrate things like coolant and oil overheating, as well as brake fade, nor the level of customization using plentiful actual (replicas of) aftermarket parts available for vehicles. I went to the extra level of research as a middle schooler and high schooler and verified a lot of the featured parts (such as aero parts, mufflers, etc.) are based on actual namebrand parts. For example, if you wanted to replicate the STI S201, you actually could using the GC8 Impreza WRX STi as a basis. The entire aero kit is available, and even the titanium muffler that STi sold can be had on the 2nd-highest level muffler.
It's because newer games are harder to implement all of this, as graphics standard have changed, and people in this gen won't accept this type of graphics which they consider poor in this day & age
@@Yoshii- Also, great decals you made there! Having played not too long ago myself I know well how clunky the livery editor is. Much respect for working with them enough to make those decals look good!
@@Yoshii- Where did you download the game for PC and how do you meet the requirements for the wanderers on PC? I think I remember having to use a GameShark just to meet the requirements for some of the wanderers 😆
@@Yoshii- i play this game once on my PC but not doing it again because my pc is crap as heck and it shuts down by itself if i play any PCSX2 or Heavy games.

turn up the handling to max and the floaty-ness is much less pronounced
its cool you actually bothered making a livery for your car. i always found the editor to be really hard to use
Its hard at first but once you make your first livery it becomes a bit easier to use
@@Yoshii- It's like MS Paint but a bit more complicated

Dayum they have the opening cars as actual opponents
Orido’s Supra was the reason I want this game because it’s like a call back to Orido in Chiba-Kuna wangan adventures
Like the blue Nismo livery on the R34
7:36Orimabu Supra seppuku 😂
Wait a sec, the Brake disks heat up??? I never knew the game had that detail!
Yup nice little detail they added, bit hard to spot when racing but pretty cool that its a thing

@@Mint-Lynx Thanks! It can be tricky but its pretty satisfying once you can get a solid look.

@@cdman7976 Its on PCSX2 a ps2 emulator, and all these wanderers dont need gameshark for them to appear
I honestly don't really remember that Cindrella wanderer being this fast O-o
Really like how you try to keep your livery similar to the Rival Cars' liveries by using those carbon stickers.
Well done. Can you beat Anti Woman from BIRIKEN Club though?
It sucks that this game has a game breaking glitch
ZERO IN TXRO.
zero in txr3
Ayo, people still play this gem?
I see you’re a fellow man/woman of culture
Yup people still play it but not very much nowadays
@@Yoshii- another underrated gem of the series: TER: Drift 2
@@sirmidnight2039 how does it compare to TXR Drift 1? I am starting Drift 1 now.
@@jonathanmcollins4 it’s okay, but the physics is too slippery

bwoah
Fun game but the music sucks. I always turn it down when I play. Having it off also adds to the immersion too.
have you experienced any input lag with the DS4 controller?
No not really
