Keep it up dude you're getting a lot better! I've been fishing now for 50 years and there's one thing that you'll never lose are the memories for the excitement.
Haven’t watched you in awhile since I had a kid but you’re still out here dropping BANGERS hope everything with you and your wife is going great and I hope camper so being the goodest boy
I have been trying to catch a fish off the beach for approximately 4-5 years now. Not the jetty, not the pier, the beach! The more determined i am, the more the skunks come out😂! Good vid!
Be careful handling seatrout if you're going to release them. They have a slime coat and touching them will make the coat come off and expose the fish to disease. Nice day at the beach, thanks for sharing.
Another great video. I've been so sick & I can't fish. Your keeping me on the water thru this. Fishfinder rig is a great rig. Up here in New England I've been using Asian shore or fiddlers on it. Started catching these bigger shrimp in my traps last year. Believe they're an invasive brown shrimp. But they'd work I bet. Tight lines.
Aloha from Hawaii-just stumbled across your video. Awesome day you had -I like the flow of your narration in the vid. Here in Hawaii we put heavy duty bells on our poles that start ringing when the fish bites-might wanna pick some up especially if you have to bolt back to your car when those lightning storms roll in 😂-at least it’ll confirm if you got a fish on from the sound of ringing instead of having to reel a lil first before you realize there’s something on.. Liked and subscribed--Aloha 🤙🏽🎣🏝️
In the UK 🇬🇧 we just throw a wet towel on the sting Ray and wrap the tail up. It’s best not to panic! Ours rarely go more than 60lb off the shore in summer….big fat old girls that take you for a ride up tide!
Great footage really enjoyed the video! I'm down here in Northeast Florida and you just motivated me to go out and surf fish a little bit. Keep the videos coming and good luck on your next trip!
Hey my little cousins watch your videos with me is it possible to make a video showing how you set up your rods, how you tie your line to hooks, or what tackle to use in fresh and salt water, I’ve tried explaining to them and showing them but they want you lol
You can pick the rays up by the "nostrils" on top of their body, using your fingers and holding them away from you. You can flip em over and remove the hook much easier then and even carry them back to the water that way. Just be careful and don't stick in too far. Usually I do that and hold the tail down with my other foot. Its the way I see most people handle them and how I was taught. Rays on the beach can be a pain when they dig in but you can catch some monsters. I got one over 100lbs from the beach once! Wouldn't call it an epic fight because it loved to just suction itself to the sand and I'd have to wait for it to start moving again to bring it in.
What's been your best day of fishing so far this year?? 🤔🎣
Early summer late spring for sure. That just where I live
Mid winter in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
late spring! it’s the best to catch fish out in my backyard! i have a creek with brown and rainbow trout!
15 trout in one day, all over 12"
In autumn/fall I caught 10 big wrasse in one day, but it’s winter rn 😢
Next time keep ‘em for the pan. Those trout taste amazing

Come to Mississippi you’ll catch a catfish no problem 😂
When storms brew here in Alabama I always see boats go out in them to fish before they hit. Fish go crazy before storms. I cannot explain it.
You should try a food chain fishing video, start off with shrimp or minnows and go up the chain

Tight lines.
Unless you have extra money to spend, I feel like a half shrimp works nearly as well as a whole shrimp.
same
usually use pompano rig and split 1 into both hooks
Like 2 years ago me and my dad went out fishing at night and caught a cooler full of keeper trout i was like 12 at the time
Can’t wait for the kayak videos when you get the boot off💯
That’s a banger day in the surf.
Caught a nice brook trout yesterday.🔥🔥🔥
Nice!! Great catch bro, that's your Gator Trout First State.
That trout is delicious 😭😭
Do a budget saltwater fishing combo video
Nice one bud. That looked like a great day out!
Bros rocking the facial hair
i found a meg tooth in sc its in my room right now, i dug it out of the sand
You never know what you catch! Great day!!
Lightning is terrifying and damn it always seem like the fish are blowing up right when you need to get the hell off the beach!

Goliath grouper...Mayport... across from the ferry. 6:30pm today.
Sick! If you every can try to keep the trout off the ground as much as possible
Star Wars add is fire
@FirstStateFishing it's best to move after 10 minutes when bite dies down to a new spot. Yes, stay if bite continues
Nice video ! Surf fishing is definitely up there on the top of list
Fish have very sensitive skin make sure you run towards the water to get the fish instead of dragging them across the sand it will hurt their skin
just watched your videos with extreme philly fishing from years ago, an EPFxFSF collab in 2023 would be super cool

Love your videos man!!!
Man next time you’re in or around gulf shores Alabama or Pensacola you should definitely collaborate with beach bum bearded brad or brant 😮💨‼️
✌️
Yo big fan bro you need to come down to jennets peir in NC one day
You should find a spot in Florida to catch some tarpon and snook
Best method I’ve seen for stingray, is to flip them on their backs right away, it immobilizes them so you can remove the hook.
Yeah like a few other comments mentioned flip the ray on it’s back it’s a lot easier. I step on its tail so the tail isn’t swinging around
Great footage really enjoyed the video! I'm down here in Northeast Florida and you just motivated me to go out and surf fish a little bit. Keep the videos coming and good luck on your next trip!
Ona dam caught a 5 pound small mouth bass out of no wear so much fun love you’re videos keep it up!!!!
When I close my eyes after work ahahaha haven't missed 1 yet
My wife thinks you big Frankenstein monster boot print in the sand is funny. Nice specs
Keep up the great work on the videos
YES, trout do hit lures, best lure that i have seen being used to catch them are top water poppers/top water jerk baits
Rainy weather is usually good for me. So long as its not a legit downpour and it isnt lightning I go out and it rarely disappoints
By reciprocate do you mean that you are going to give the luck you had back to the beach?
Words have meaning!!😮
Nice finds good catches keep it up
One way that I handle stingrays is to flip them over they stop moving when they get flipped over😊

My best fishing day was with my dad in Venice Florida on the Jeti by the crows nest we caught 17 in total!
Please put more line on your reel. It’s stressing me out 😂
What fishing role do you use?
electric chicken shrimp scented fish bites on a gulf rig tore whiteing and pompano up all week last week
My best day of fishing this year has to be 2 weeks ago, caught 20 carp on bread
What’s the setup
I have a question what do you work as?
The best day of fishing was the time I went to this pond I didn't catch anything but being there was great
Early gang, even when on holiday in Spain
We could really use some of those storms! Bit on the dry side here!
@FirstStateFishing
How's it going brotha.
you should come to BC Canada 🇨🇦 and come fish some massive sturgeon.
Out in California we catch tons of giant bay rays. To unhook them I just flip them over and that seems to keep them immobile enough to be unhooked.
That was a great day fishing dude!! Caught a ray the other day too, don't like to mess with them as well 😅
@firststatefishing what do you recommend for pier fishing?
I don’t know if you know this, but you can get my citations for how big fish are hang up in your RV or whatever you want
Love your vids man keep it up
Love your videos keep up the great work
Whats up first state
Catching an 8 pound bass on 6pound line😂🎉
Sitting here watching you throw all these fish sandwiches in the water

Juno snook fishing please
Saw you have a Slammer 3 and a Slammer 4… Big difference between the two or basically the same?
How long does it take for you to hook one up?
👍
What reel r u using and what line r u using?
How can you stand wearing that long sleeve hoodie in FL in summer?
To get hook out of stingray tern them over upside down carntget you then mate .easy as .
About 7 days ago in tampa
Bro when the gar vid coming I been waiting 10 days
I’m pretty sure I almost caught one of those and the darn fish wrapped itself around the dock pole and ended up snapping the line
Pick up by the barb with pliers
I can’t tell you nothing. I grew up in the Cali part time then to the south
