A tip to crafters: I watched a video that showed someone taking apart a colorful area rug from five below. Each of the $5 area rugs are made up of a huge collection of random scraps of unique, beautiful material. Those scraps would be great for many wonderful DIY creations. This is another great video. I'm a brand new sub and love your ideas!! Ty ✌🏻
I haven't read all comments so sorry if this repeats. Suggestion: If you don't have an acrylic block for your clear stamp, you can use the top of the the lid of the ink pad. ❤ Especially love the push pin idea!
They all turned out really beautiful! I loved them all! Now I need to make a cross like yours and the tray too! Thank you, Barbara, so much for sharing and the great ideas ❤❤
You should get one of the stamp blocks Dollar Tree sells. Those stamps are made to be positioned on an acrylic block before inking them up, it's what gives them stability and also so you don't have to get ink on you while trying to use them.
I haven't ordered from Temu yet. I am always seeing beautiful things that everyone gets... Barbara, do you order from Temu on a regular basis?? If so, would you recommend using a prepaid debit card?? Keep on keeping on your wonderful DIYs❤. I can't wait to watch them when I see that you have shared new DIYS You are such an inspiration for all of us crafters
@CountryLilyDIYDecor Thank you for replying to my message. I am trying to get back to my crafting.after my #1 job of being a Mom, self- employed hairstylist from my home most of the 25yrs, , being a consultant/leader in a few different Direct Sales companies throughout the yrs, crafting ,cake decorating.....ETC... Now becoming disabled almost the last 4yrs. Crafting is my passion. I am trying to get back into my crafting. I am getting ready for my 3rd Cervical Spine surgery. As my Dr. Listed my diagnosis as aggressive degenerative disc disease, and that I am too young for my spine to be in the shape that it is. So I am definitely trying to keep my mind busy without over doing it physically. I have really enjoyed your DIY projects ♥️ You show techniques and very affordable supplies to work with...so I wanted to share with you how grateful I am for that. Everyone has to watch their spending but be able to have a hobby to enjoy at the same time. Keep up the great ideas that you share with us ❤️

If you don't have an acrylic block, you could try sticking your stamp to the clear lid from your ink pad.

@@tonyaslusher9606 thank you so much❤️ Prayers for your upcoming surgery and a speedy and healthy recovery 🥰
Next time you can use the top of the ink as a stamping block that way you wont have to use your fingers to apply the stamps with.
Thank you so much❤️
