I’m a guy and I’m 35..I woke up on sept 5 2018 at 3:00 pm and decided to buy a bible..( I love to learn knowledge so I youtube what bible to buy and your channel popped up..I haven’t been at church or read the Bible in over 25 years and yes that’s a very long time and I’m ashamed of it but I want to thank u for lifting my spirit and bringing joyful to me. I’ve had a lot of things happen to my life and the way I was raised, men in our family don’t show there emotions but I’m going to change that cause I’m crying right now typing this to a wonderful person/woman so I want to thank you so much for the teaching and helping me through this...GOD BLESS YOU!!!

I’m a PK( preacher’s kid) and I will turn 60 this year. I’ve drifted away from my bible and tonight this video was on my recommendation list on You Tube. I’m so blessed to have found your channel and excited to pick up my bible and study the scriptures again! Thank you so much for your wonderful ministry thru this channel. My mama wrote down every date and church for every sermon daddy preached in the margins of her bible from the 1950’s until her death in 1997. I was meant to find you today. God Bless you!

Rachel 01 when I first started out I thought for sure I needed to have a JOURNALING Bible to be able to express myself creatively... But the Holy Spirit draws me in a whole other Direction! I love spending my Spiritual growth in a plain ol regular bible💞🍃🌷🍃
It's kind of like a spiritual reward system. When you study a passage and soak it up. Plant your seed to keep that lesson in mind!

I would like to say something to those who have a hard time reading the King James Version. If you read it every day you will start to understand the language. It’s kind of how we learn to talk as babies. When I was a child I started to read my Bible. As a child, I didn’t understand all the words. But I kept reading. And now, 50 years later, I am comfortable with the language style. Don’t be afraid of it.
It's my main translation now and I love it it's like romantic letters from God
Yes you are so right. Practice makes perfect I totally understand it now it’s like the only Bible I can’ understand. LOL

The KJV is my daily translation to read. For my daily drivers I use KJV & ESV

I was very into my Bible journalling for a while and have not picked my Bible up for months, actually since lockdown, but last night I watched one of your videos and God called me to my Bible and to Haggai. It woke me up immediately 😘

I’m new to the faith but I am in love with my bible, it has become my most prized possession. Just holding it I can feel its power! Sometimes I just love holding it and putting it near my ❤️. I sleep with it right next to me in my night stand, I feel the word of god protects me during the night

Cat, wonderful video. Some how I missed this first video on What is a Bible Garden. Now it makes more sense to me, and I am so excited to get back into the Bible and GROW a personal relationship with God, which I never have. I was so busy trying to do my studies right that I never developed my relationship with God. You have gotten me to finally see what I need to do, and to pick up one of my Bibles and start watching your process step by step. I have not read my Bible for 10-12 year’s, because I have been angry with God. Your statements about being positive and not negative really helped me see how I have been living. I want to take on your positive nature and GROW. Thank you so much for helping me see the truth about myself and why I need to make changes while I still can. I just started reading the Bible for the first time. I like scrapbooking and your videos give me inspiration to keep reading the King James Version which is a very difficult challenge!
Lisa Fuller .... It might help you to visit BibleHub.com online. At the top of the homepage, there are 3-letter initials of all the most common English translations of the Bible. Click on any of them to see the same verses as the ones you're reading in the KJV. You can put the book-chapter-verse in the "search reference or key word" area and then tap the initials for whatever version you want to see. It is free and very helpful to see how different versions phrase things. They say the same thing, but they phrase it in different words (example: from casual to formal or from older English to current English).
I love how you focus on learning and growing and not just on making your Bible pretty. I think a lot of times in Bible journaling, people focus more on the art than on the scriptures.

I can’t tell you how excited I am to get started. But, I am taking it slowly and learning from your video’s and enjoying every moment I spend listening/learning from you. I feel like you have given me a reason to have some joy in my life. I haven’t felt excited about the Bible for many year’s, because of your sharing Cat, I want so badly to reconnect with God while I still can. I don’t want to stand before Him and have to explain why I stopped studying and communing with Him, even though He knows why. So, thank you Cat for blessing me with your video’s, and being so on fire for the Lord, and giving me hope to hold on as long as I can so I can bloom and grow along with you.

To be honest, was a little dubious coming into this video. There are some weird, un-Biblical practices these days. But as I listened, I grew so excited! This is just a different way to love and soak in God’s precious Word. What a beautiful thing! I love it! Don’t know if I will try this method someday, but I found this explanation very edifying! Thank you. 😊
Thank you for this video. I have my praise bible and I started by highlighting passages of praise that speak to me but then I had to take some time and dig into each passage for the creative part to come to my mind. It's makes finding and using decorations I find more fun💖💖

Thank you for making this video. I’m homeschooling my daughter this year and it includes bible study. I thought bible journaling would be a great way for her to have a relationship with bible studies but I love this bible garden so much better. It’s a way for her to get creative with what she wants to put in it.

Thank you for this I love to journal and I’ve struggled with being consistent in reading my Bible I found your channel a few weeks ago and I got excited! I asked the lord for a bible and found an unmarked bible at a thrift store I was very excited. Now I’ve started my own garden. I’m getting used to the idea of marketing by in my bible and it’s ok.

That's it love... I've/you we plant a seed into our heart with each verse we mediate & JOURNAL on. I don't like to say (hey it's only the tabs that make it grow) because that not all you have to really water your soul & ask the Lord to help your spirit grow too. That's why I made this video. Many sisters were just rushing through and adding things into there bible without thinking about the sole important message of these Holy Words 🌺✏📖💞

A few days ago I asked God to pleasssee help me get more rooted in His word and to give me a greater understanding and hunger for it. And here I am, binge watching these videos and getting ideas on how to study my Bible! 🙌 God was listening and he’s like “here you go daughter, take these tools and run with it” ❤️

I enjoy the way you explain the value of a Bible journal. Your journals are fun to see. Honestly, I do not let everyone know how many Bibles I have, or how many Christian books, etc, because I am pretty sure it is not common. Howver, I am always happy to give a Bible gift. And, learning is not just for the mind's food, it is for the relationship with The Lord. Great job, your channel is inspiring. ❤

I'm new to bible journaling so I was cofused as to just putting art on such a book, but know I understand how it works. I just happen to "rescue bibles" What I mean is that bibles I find on thift stores have a dedication message, so I don't understand how people just give them away, but also has a nice dedication message on them., plus that I'm a student of the Word. Thank you, you are so inspiring... and I just suscribed too.

Thank you so much. It floored me 😂😉 ohhh and you should have seen how he gave it to me. You know those big giant teddy bears that are like 4-5 feet tall. As tall as me 😄 Branden had this bear sitting down with a dozen red roses and a card. Tucked into his arm was a toy gumballs machine container. (You remember those guys right? You put in a quarter and I don't pop up this little container with a colorful lid that you would open to see what suprise you won!) And in mine I had this beautiful ring inside. I instantly fell to my knees. I love telling this story it's so cute. I have have pictures too 🥰
I have to be honest I am a true believer of God and his bible but I don’t read my bible. But since looking at how you can make it look so inviting, I’m excited to read my bible and start learning it and marking the scriptures out. This is a great way to read the lords book💯😊❤️

Love your bible gardens! Could you make a process video showing from start to finish how you get into the word and then journal/decorate the page? How are you led to the scripture? Is it based on a devotional or do you read one book at a time highlighting verses that stand out?
