Oh my word -- gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!!! I can't wait to try these. I think what makes them so lovely is the burnishing, the way it just turns the petals under. I love them!! Thank you for the tutorial.

I love it when you make your flowers Fiona, I love that flame thrower of yours and it is a better idea than using the candle to singe the edges, thanks again for sharing I will be giving these ones a try...I had never thought of scolloping the edges like that and it is so easy and makes the flower look so pretty. thankyou again you are such a talent ♥♥♥♥

No, its the gathering that makes them look stunning, you have to gather enough material for the folds to gather properly :).I use about 18 inch strips to get the right amount of folds. I agree they are really gorgeous and will look stunning adorning anything, handband, purse, dress wristband etc :) xx

Make one of them 1.5 inches wide and the other 2 inches wide, it makes a perfect flower and looks so professionally made. EVERYONE can make these no matter how long one has been crafting :) (Thats for anyone reading these comments) xx

They are Gloria, the secxret is to get the right amount of gather so that the material folds correctly around the flower and if the stitching is equal, that helps too :) Fi xx

I hope you've seen all the others that I've made because you will never be stuck for a flower for any project and I think I'm up to 356 different designs now on utube! If you look back I once put out a challenge to see how many different flowers could be designed from one particular cut, the challenge went well and I think someone came up with about 11-12, I 46 just from the one cut lol lol Well I had to do my own challenge hee hee Hugs Fi xx

so much I really love the look of this new shabby chic flower you created. Thank you in advance. Mary
