Nothing like borrowing your buddies rig and taking it racing only to snap the rear 14 bolt. It was pretty crazy to watch the tire and axle slowly start walking out and then start rolling down the hill. This all took place at the 2013 Southern Rock Racing Finals. - Авто та транспорт

Yep
It says 7 for me

This looks like me cutting through the woods in GTA cause I'm convinced it's faster than taking the road.
😂😂😂
So true😂
I am a female truck driver, 53 years old, driving in the Vietnamese border area, I wish you a healthy driver, strong steering wheel 👋👋👋
Be safe Chief Commander!
This buggy is for sale! Lightly used, trail rig could be yours.
Wow serious buggy action happin there! Thanks Madram!
Man those rock bouncers are insane!
Crazy to see how the sport has changed. It feels like this is the warm up section now
You r doing something right to break a 14 bolt
Like the use of chains for limit straps. Surprisingly looks like it actually holds up pretty good.
3:00 for the lazy!
Awesome btw!
This looks like a dangerous sport to be adjacent to lol kind of like standing on a curve at a rally
Not as much as you would think. There isn't a whole lot of speed involved so there is a lot of time to react
Listen to how loose those rocks are. I'm surprised they get traction at all, truly and awesome mechine
We recently bought a buggy. Fully set up with a missing engine. The rest is in terrific shape. We decided to install a crate 572 supercharged fuel rejected. We are fabricating body panels to make it look like a Ford business coupe or a model a. It will have sound deadening material. A full interior. We will quiet it down. It will have a/c room for luggage/supplies roof rack brush gaurds. Many have asked what will we do with it? Long distance racing. Travell central and South America. Many options are available. Repurpose competitive vehicles to do something different. Options.
It's unbelievable that people are so generous that they will come to the forest with such machines and try to prove that this little bugy can overcome such obstacles and reach the finish ... I miss the reason Why ..:(
"That's my wheel!"
"Oh, no! My wheel!"
"Father help!"
"Well that's a full floater now!" 3:42 I almost died!
Ui
p
I like the RCV banner right before he breaks it...
The one time I had anything to do with RCV, their components failed on me. Amusing that the banner was right there
1 ton chevy and gmc and a lot stronger than a 60
Great angle on that run! Crazy how it just walked out and rolled off...LOL
:,-):,-):,-
Dean Lickliter's Buggy and Stephen Stosberg as the wheel man!
hey ram, you should get a chunk of plexi or hockey arena glass to use as a rock shield lol
That is one very impressive buggy......no kidding
That's the Cartman wheel. It says, "screw you guys, I'm goin' home."
Gently loved trail rig, only driven one or two times 7 years ago last summer then garage kept, $58,845 + applicable state and local taxes and fees.
I couldnt believe that happened when I was videoing it, surely didnt expect it!

Great driving. Sucks that that spindle let go.
Hitting the rev limiter and while white smoking all four 42’s!!! I love it!!
Build it, drive the piss out of it until you break it, fix it and repeat.
damn that sucks he had a nice run goin, sick rig too
what park is this in? looks awesome and some gnarly breakage
This is nothing but pure gooneyness!
Rock vs weld = break! It’s like grinding on the weld.
Yo dude you'll be needing that later
Was doin great.
Would of loved to see how they got it off the trail
just drag it off
that rear axle was getting beat! lol
C clip style carnage from a full floater? Now I've seen everything.
Naw man. Tore the spindle and hub clean off that 14!
@@PepperDarlington broke the housing right were he welded the brake bracket
Yeah, he spindle broke off. Axle is still good to go lol
Impressive. I have seen 60 spindles fail all the time but never a 14 bolt.
can we perpetuate that they are in with the Los Setas?
I've never seen and imagine the clutch of these things.
Damn! That suck's! He had a good run going!
Great example of never giving up!! Rollin coal 4wheel style!!
Those Irocks like a little less tire pressure in them.
just out of curiosity what does the tanners do for a living because i read a comment on here a while back that you said these buggys cost about 50,000 to do and they have alot of them dont they
Best purpose built vehicles ever.
did he cross the finish line?
So how does one get it off the track? Its not like you can bring a tow truck in.
It was the housing that snapped, the shaft held. My guess is a brittle weld?
I think the housing was brittle do to the poor weld on the brake bracket
what tires are those
That was cool man
Like a wise man once said " GOD DAMN HES HARD ON STUFF:
Ha I know. I meant what aftermarket company is the shaft.
Lol where they welded the disc break bracket on weakened the axle tube
Holy shit the housing?
Broke right at RCV banner. World's strongest axle logo jinxed it
This looks like the outlaw from GTA Online. And this is why i always pick the vagrant
How does one tow that off the course?
Props to the driver. He's skilled. What type of axle was that? And you can here it let go right about before it starts to walk out of the housing.

You picked a fine time to leave me Loose Wheel!
Very nice thanks
Thank you too!
Its a 1 ton axle. Probably have to go with Rockwells to get bigger!! Those are probably 44" tires too. Videos and pics usually don't do most things justice unless you get the chance to walk up and see them in person!
What vehicals are 14 bolts commonly found? how much tougher are they vs a d60 full float?
They are comparable to a Dana 70 and some people claim it to be stronger than a Dana 70. They can be found under GM 3/4 and 1 ton trucks 1988 and older and 1 ton trucks 1989 and later I believe
"buggy break a 14 bolt axle, held on by 1 bolt"
14 bolts! Goddayum
Hats off guys
Why do they not run low ratio boxes with soft tyres ?
Now the fun begins
Fantabulous!
good car and good adventure
I've been looking for a fun, inexpensive hobby. This isn't it, is it?
haha, no, check out some of our RC videos they don't cost that much
UA-cam algorithm recommended for me after 7 years
What a machine 👍
You don't see that very often!
How would a wrangler hold up to these trails?
Are they aired down at all? It doesn't look like it
Time for a stout rear end and chrome moly
Really most powerful machine. India
Chingon este conductor .....
Good job.
dam what do u think is gonna happen
There is something you don't see every day :)
Some one tell these guys limiting friction > sliding friction
Мосты от 61го сафаря и нет проблем таких

Que motor vc usa nessa máquinas diesel o gás. Gasolina
Co Pilot :Didn't do every other nut did you?
Driver :Nope.
Co - Pilot :Fuck.
3:10 for the axle brake.
Greetings from chile
The axels are literally held Moby chains lol
I like to buy one of those..
Don't buy this or else you will break 14 bolt axle while racing
Woww amazing
How do you get the busted ones out of there? Helicopter?
+deltavee2 most of the time they drive them out or someone pulls them out
Probably just put the axle back in and tack weld it then pull it out . (Down hill)
I think you can hear it break at 2:25. You hear a click just barely.
next time, try lowering the tire pressure.
you can accully heard the snap of when she let go! k
3:03 is when it first breaks
油門踩越深輪胎越是空轉,倒不如有些路段油門不要踩那麼深方向盤左右微轉動尋找前輪抓地點更能快速前進不是嗎?
Força da poxa
3:08 you can hear it break.
