Hi Mark, Unbelievable how neatly and precisely you perform your work. It is almost, what I'am saying 'almost'? of course it's pure, art to see how carefully you are going to work. Even the extra costs for repeatedly ordering parts at Zenith do not scare you at all with as result a better and more .beautiful plane. All in all, you are a great promoter for Zenith and I sincerely hope that they appreciate this and also express this by giving you an occasional discount. Fortunately for you I live in the Netherlands and it is not possible to knock at your door because before you know it there is my bed in the hangar so that I do not have to miss more on how this fantastic airplane is build and finally born. You have my deepest respect!! Have a nice day Carry one and Bye Bye!!
Hello Mark, Thank you for taking the trouble to respond. Too bad for me because I certainly enjoyed myself that's for sure. But unfortunately these hands are on the other side of the ocean. Time to reload your friends (lol) or better time to reconsider your circle of friends ;) It's a nice idea to make a video walk around. Oops I realize me now you also must start also with the engine (a Rotax or Viking? ) and what to say about all the flying instruments. Much to work on. Greetings to your friend and tell him that his suggestion is not a good idea because you knowing a bit, I think at the end you are assemble two perfect planes because you can't stand a less then 100% job ;). Bye bye !!
Hi Mark, I notice most of your comments mention the perfection we see in your work. It is great to see a guy who really enjoys doing things the right way and not cutting corners. I was really impressed with the detail and fit on the Vans firewall forward. The wiring was perfect and better than you could get from a factory build. I noticed that on the Zenith the wiring and routing of was excellent but because of the route they needed to go they seemed be more forced and lacked the natural flow of the vans. Was that the case. Great work, keep up the videos. John
I was under the impression you shouldn't smooth steel on a Scotchbrite wheel where later you will use it on aluminum. Something about steel and aluminum and galvanic corrosion?
@@KitplaneEnthusiast Thank you so much, Me and my class are a part of the Young Eagles program building our own Zenith. Your vids are really informational and easy to follow.
Maybe a idea: Make a small board with cheap self-adhesive tape upside down on one side. Place this by drilling and filing under and some falls will stick.
Great! I really want to see how well it fits and seals. Hope to build, prefer to purchase, an edition 3, STOL 750 in a few months. Finding what I prefer is difficult to say the least. Thanks! Enjoying all of your videos and learning from your experiences.

Cool! Lots of nice videos lately :)
Did you make a part 3 video? I can't seem to find it!
I’m going to watch every single video just to spot the point where you actually secure that damn bench grinder!
