The very thing I asked for when I was in an NHS hospital was A lemon (& some natural yogurt ) was told no!

The natural form of vitamin E (d-alpha) is better absorbed in the human body than than the synthetic form (dl-alpha). Read the labels. Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin so taking it with some form of fat or oil (food) can enhance its absorption. I recently read that vitamin E is better taken in the evening with food.

Be careful my guy. I woke up one mornin and i could besrly breath to the point if i i tried to breath in anyyhin more than a puff at a time i had extreme pain com to found out it was a clot in my lung and jus happened overnight . No doctor could figure out wjat caused it and i didnt get the jab so it wasnt that . Just be aware it can travel and at anytime kill you if it does. I got lucky.
