SOMA Pulsar-23, Ornament-8, Lyra-8 patch: Copies Of Copies

This is my second patch using Ornament-8. This time it’s clocked by Pulsar-23 and sequences chord and melodic parts of Lyra-8 simultaneously.

Now you’re tempting me to buy ornament-8. You certainly make some between the best electronic music videos in youtube. And absolutely the best videos with pulsar 23.

Thank you very much, I really appreciate! Ornament is cool and quite handy, great addition to any patch with Pulsar or Lyra! But please try it before buying to be sure it’s for you - it’s really unusual. It balances between dead simple and totally chaotic and it’s not an easy task to control that balance. But I like it.

@claudio2074 Of course there is an option to find it used and in case you decide it’s not for you just sell it for the same price. Or just learn it as deep as you can before ordering the new one. But Ornament is more a kind of tactile device - you set the step length manually with pots and you patch the steps manually too, so it’s better to try it first for sure.

@@TAET i’ve been watching a lot of videos about it. I’ve read the manual. And i’ve never bought new synths. But it’s not so easy to sell it, cause it’s a strange machine. And i’ve only few money. I’ve a pulsar, a lyra, a 0-coast , a strega and a subharmonicon. And a beastep pro just to keep everything in sync. It would be hard to keep everything in sync with ornament… but that’s obviously part of the game
