  • This video is all about how we survived four years of long distance while we were in college. Ben and I went to college 8 hours apart from each other and while long distance is definitely not fun we did learn A LOT!
We're giving you our tips on how we survived and actually (like for real) ended up appreciating our long distance relationship. #longdistance #longdistancerelationship #longdistancerelationships

You don’t know how much this video helped me. My boyfriend is leaving for college and I was in a panic thinking all kinds of things

I hugely appreciate your honesty about being jealous about sports, keeping connection, and keeping talks consistent.

Maintaining long distance in college is fine. What I need advice for now is when I graduate what to do. Neither of us don’t want to do more than 4 years of long distance but we don’t want to regret our decisions later in life if one of us has to sacrifice job opportunities for the sake of being in the same city.

I feel so relatable to you feeling hurt for not receiving his attention when he would be busy lol. I have been in a LD for 5 years now. He lives in Canada and I’m in Mexico. And due to the situation, we didn’t know when we would see each other again 😭
But yeah, talking everyday and having a date is huge!
I’m glad you guys are finally together, hope to be in that position soon🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I'm currently in a long distance relationship. I live in Florida and he lives in Colorado. I just graduated college this past summer, and he is in his second year. We text every day and skype several times a month, but it's harder during the school year, especially with work. We met online and have been dating since basically the beginning of the pandemic, and we've never met in person.

Im madly in love with this girl who lives in newcastle while I live in sydney. We dated before but I got fed up as i felt trapped but after I broke up with her I realised that i was acting madly immature and I am slowly trying to get back with her. When i started talking to her she developed a crush on this guy that treated her horribly but I sucked up the pain and stayed with her. Now we are slowly gaining our trust back together and I really wanted reassurance that it can be done. We are both very loyal and faithful people and we talk and agree on so many things. Currently I can see her as my wife and im just understanding that being there physically isnt as important as having someone there for you. I hope we end up ok

Loved this!! Sophia I was wondering if you can make a video on finances and how you try to save as much as possible, I think maybe since i don't set goals, i mindlessly spend.

My parents don't want me to do a long distance relationship because I'll meet other people at college... Which doesn't totally make sense to me, because if there is a future with this one person, it will work out, and I want to try. It seems weird to say to "keep my options open" at college.

@@goont4646 8 months ago, wow! Hello haha. Short story, I tried with the online guy and things didn't work out over the summer. I wish things could have ended better than they did. I went into college not looking to date, but ironically I am currently dating someone. Things are going well besides an unfinished paper that's due soon XD
I still agree with my self 8 months ago in that last sentence, saying that lacks commitment which is very important for any relationship.

I'm not sure if I should ask her if she's serious about our relationship - since we both going off to university in about 4 months , we'd be about 2 - 3 hours away from each other

Oh yeah, jealousy and long-distance relationships definitely don't mix. As for the "2 month rule" I can definitely attest to that. I've jokingly told girls I've dated that they're on probation 😂 There's still no guarantees though, I know people who've been married for decades whose marriages have fallen apart for a host of reasons (mostly cheating and financial issues)

hey i have a question, is it good to do half and half for classes. what i mean by that is do half in person and half online to see each other more or would that ruin the relationship
