Definitely an episode to revisit and learn from again and again. The biggest takeaway was the moment when you (Lewis) juxtaposed the difference in both your methods of serving. This is when the entire conversation came full circle for me including ideas that came to me while watching. Of all the major takeaways, this was a personal lesson for me: How do I strike a balance so I may serve and impact while not giving it all away for free and be able to provide more for my team? So much I love about this interview. Money is not bad. The character of the person utilizing it is either good/bad. When we focus on "I don't want to be one of the bad guys" we almost dodge and avoid wealth which in the beginning when Grant mentioned the two that own 90% of assets across the globe -- they have the power too do extreme good or extreme harm -- why not get in on being one of the people that can do a whole lot more good and scale your empathy ... A wealth of information here to process and apply. This was a really great interview Lewis, thank you for the follow-up questions you asked, and the contributions you made as well. You kept the conversation going and it was gems all the way to the end.

Grant can be controversial but he has spot on opinions about money, money belief systems and what the traps are people get stuck in. "Hoarding is a bigger problem than spending in America today" - Grant. So very accurate, people are so scared to spend on themselves, investing or whatever may benefit them over time.
I’m the classic ‘Wish I would’ve started’ listening to Grant Cardone years ago; quite a self-made man, learning the financial system from the ground up. Googling ‘Cardone Capital’. What you don’t know-can hurt you.
He is right when he says new information over old, bad information messes people up! I see what he is saying, but my mind still goes - but what about safety, and this amd that!! . . Any body here who would be up for connecting and having a chat to help me understand better? Hey Lewis, thank you for this interview with Grant Cardone. I have listened to this interview with undivided attention. Grant is not on my favorite list, but today I felt a very different Grant Cardone. Grant Cardone you made some tears in my eyes never ever thought this could happen by listening to you, but I could feel a different heart today. Very interesting interview which I learned a lot. And Yes your Momma would be proud of you Grant. I will inform myself about the opportunity of investing and when ready I want to do it with you.
I wish they would teach our kids this in high school so bad. We need financial education like this so the kids have real life applications when they are finished with school. Loved this. We all need this.
IMHO, it is because they don't know it. I have a degree in finance and an MBA but didn't learn any of this til I moved to California. You HAVE TO become a real estate expert in order to survive here. My advice: buy income/rental property* and live in a rented place... *for the passive income, expenses, tax write-offs, depreciation.
Ask Grant Cardone if he remembers Big Ronn from Colorado& see but he helped me in life face to face TWICE as a car salesman. I confess he's one of my favorite voices to hear. The guys confidence to finish is bulletproof after so many years being told what was impossible & doing it anyway. He's greatness.
This was a great interview. I like how Lewis challenges @grantcardone and I like how Grant shows us how he is evolving emotionally. Understanding his own faults is what has made him so great. That is the only way to grow.
Thanks for sharing awesome tips! I'm financially free and currently growing a solid retirement plan. It takes a positive and consistency to learn new things, unlearn the old habits ms Important to get a mentor/coach to lead you all the way. It's great to start young too!

Lewis asked a great question, what happens when investors own all the housing 🤔? Mass homelessness, people need not wonder why the homeless rates are skyrocketing. We've seen enough already to see where this is heading if these practices are allowed to continue. At what point will people see that in far too many needs based sectors, having a place to lay your head at night is a need, we're putting more nails in our future generations coffins 🤷♀️. Frankly this an immoral practice that's harmed so many and if allowed to continue will harm a great many. When is enough enough when it comes at the expense of others and future generations? How much does one need to live a happy fulfilled life? 🤷♀️
Exactly - look at Florida where investment banks are buying blocks of homes , artificially inflating real estate values , asking astronomical rent while in reality , they’re currently vacant !
@@apove1814 seeing it in Michigan as well. These investment groups have and are buying up a lot of real estate here driving up the cost to buy and rent. California is undoubtedly the most appalling example in our country, homeless rates continue to skyrocket due to the disproportionate cost of living to wages. I don't mind or even take issue with others getting wealthy but when it's being done at the expense of the collective I take serious issue with it. One can get wealthy without contributing to the issues we already have in our country. I'm so sick of greed contributing to the down fall of our society when if done differently we could all be living like kings here making a positive impact on our society. I 🙏 it gets better in America but can't help but to wonder how bad does it need to get before we change our nation's priorities?
I wish that we could get this thought across to all of these big money gurus. What they are preaching in regards to money is not wrong per-se, they do have a lot of wisdom that they share, but put simply, they are too far above the simple 99% that they came out of to see the devastating effects that real-estate investment is having on the majority of people. It's not that they're deliberately harming people, they just have no idea what the impacts of their investments are.
@@theresamcgallicher investors vs renters and working class home buyers. I can't help that you cannot see the trend in homelessness and the lack of affordable housing and rentals. These investment groups are driving up the price creating essentially a wealth class of buyers if you wish to own your own home or face skyrocketing rent across the country. Again, I don't have an issue with people getting wealthy, kudos for them, what I do take issue with is the exploitation of the everyday worker to get there along with exasperating the homeless crisis. I ask you, when is enough actually enough for one human being and family when it comes at a high cost to others? BTW, I didn't say Grant is immoral, that's for him to decide if he can sleep comfortably at night contributing to our country's issue as I judge no one, I said it's an immoral practice that's allowed to continue. We didn't get where we are as a nation overnight and if this trend continues with housing 10 years from now you may look back and say, "You know a kind lady in the UA-cam comments warned of this."🤷♀️
It' great listening to a couple of positive thinkers I love listening to Lewis's interviews and this with Grant Cardone is one of the best. But it has always been easier to borrow money and do business in the US. UK banks have always had a wet sponge approach to lending. Since the "Global shut down" interest rates on my loans have gone from 3.25% to 9%. Break neck rates! But, I'm old enough to remember 16% UK rates, the difference was people had jobs back then. Now people are scared of spending money, losing their jobs and the banks have become loan sharks. But I agree property, even a garden shed is always going to be worth more than the value of todays money.
This is so great! I feel like I had the same money advice growing up. I’ve invested in real estate and flipped homes but I’m still financially average? I hate average!
Yes , which no one talks about 🤦🏻♂️ all one big illusion until you have to pay the piper!! People base their life off of things and titles when in reality it means nothing because death doesn’t discriminate. Enjoy the ride but most importantly you will be in God’s Book of Everlasting life

After my daily meditation, I tune in to your YT Channel to charge and balance my day for entrepreneurial work with high standards and great intentions! Priceless!🧘🏾♂️
I am similar to Grant in terms of being concerned about money. I learned as a child that I have a take care of myself so money means security. I am becoming better with buying quality.
This is serious what grips me Is when he says how can you be spiritual and not be able to control the materialistic productivity of this universe very educative and challenging and wholesome for people who are on a quest to change their entire life.
This is the first interview with Grant that made me like him! It gave a different perspective of him-love that, now I’ll have to check out more of him 😁👍

Best podcast I've seen of you two. What a episode that was. No limits on GC's success. His whole career to get to 12000 units, and to double it in one year, Grant can do it. Let's go Grant!! Thanks as always Lewis. You guys smashed it.
You're welcome, thank you for being here 🧡
Grant can be controversial but he has spot on opinions about money, money belief systems and what the traps are people get stuck in. "Hoarding is a bigger problem than spending in America today" - Grant. So very accurate, people are so scared to spend on themselves, investing or whatever may benefit them over time.
On point, he has good things to say when he's not shoving his products down your throat or rambling about something outrageous.
I see what he is saying, but my mind still goes - but what about safety, and this amd that!!
.

Any body here who would be up for connecting and having a chat to help me understand better? I am a stay at home mum, been yearssss since I worked and I, with all honesty, do not want to live a financially unstable life.
You can learn a lot by listening to Grant Cardone - his mindset has taken him far 💯

I’ve never felt so connected to a person talking about the spiritual and material things like Grant described it. Thank you for this!
Grant was really on point in this interview. Clear and very helpful. Thanks for this masterpiece Grant and Lewis;)

The school system is a business that teaches the kids to go into debt ! They will never teach this
Ask Grant Cardone if he remembers Big Ronn from Colorado& see but he helped me in life face to face TWICE as a car salesman.

Good people do good things with money. It isn't about investors versus renters. It's about good people learning to invest.
We didn't get where we are as a nation overnight and if this trend continues with housing 10 years from now you may look back and say, "You know a kind lady in the UA-cam comments warned of this."🤷♀️
No one knows more about money than Grant Cardone. I love listening to him talking about money.
👍
Appreciate you! 🙏
Congrats Lewis on the upcoming 2 million subscribers
Thank you so much ❤️
This is so great! I feel like I had the same money advice growing up. I’ve invested in real estate and flipped homes but I’m still financially average? I hate average!

The spiritual is the real wealth. When we go none of this money will matter.
Yes , which no one talks about 🤦🏻♂️ all one big illusion until you have to pay the piper!! People base their life off of things and titles when in reality it means nothing because death doesn’t discriminate. Enjoy the ride but most importantly you will be in God’s Book of Everlasting life

@@lewishowes Will do.There is so much taboo in the past about open discussion .Share of knowledge and different personality defines what drives us .I really understood Grant Cardone when he said about when he said about working on himself to be calmer .It is through our struggles that we become stronger and find ways out that we would not have used before .Will be watching more podcasts as ideas are so helpful in life .There is always another way to do things
If you come from nothing you don't have to re-invent the wheel. Just study the people that are doing it/have done it and use their blueprint to get you out of the sidelines. Pray massive success on everybody working on improving themselves.

I love the way he get s excited to do the next big deal and also he wants to offer the audience that he will target to give back and he needs to gain exposure to the people and make them believe and that is hard. How long would that take and how would he even do that ?Lewis you ask great questions . That would be a great question to ask him and all the people who watch your show if anyone has idea how he could do that and in short time so he can 10 X by the end the year .
