You probably cannot guarantee delivery, but should be able to use carrier that will allow us to at least track package through customs to local courier ( last courier ) just before it's delivered to destination ( person or business)... Light stands are upgrades also on the check out where you can add it. 3.we ship out of lasvegas, Niagara Falls, and toronto. Depending on capacity and inventory levels at production site.
