The Dr is very kind and competent. Very likeable which makes things easier for the patient. I’m not sure about the safety of the pot technique. I’m sure traditional methods could be adapted for safety but interesting nonetheless. What fascinated me the most was the uterus movement. Did you feel an improvement? Thank you for showing us this! I will be following the Thai stretches the Dr gave you.
I’m glad you like the video🥰 The uterus movement helped a lot in my personal feeling, I feel like I have got a lot less period cramps and surprisingly I just had another Thai med doctor visit recently (different doctor at different clinic) and the doctor said my uterus is in good position now lol

It is called White Coat Syndrom. It is where your blood Pressure rise when being around white coats (doctors and nurses).
Thailand is now on my travel bucket list. Just to go for a week of wellness spas and come home refreshed and limber!
