game two for WestWind and Fortified was the closest thing I've ever seen in Forts to what I'd describe as a fist fight.
I would say that the match in the previous stream where both teams rushed early game weapons between a phantom rush and pinchfist was the hardest i have seen 4 players go at it in an all out war

@@onerxowns2202 yeah, close _to a fist fight._ context clues, bud, learn them. thats the absolute most basic level of communication, if you cant get that down then you're going to have a hard time.

I love how a solid percentage of EtaN's deaths are due to those 1 in 100 shots that really can't be reliably aimed. It's almost like the RNG is intentionally nerfing him.

Looking back at the match in the leadup to the death star shot at 2:02:02, I have to wonder how much of that might have been klaualles' plan all along. Since by that point it looks like at least a dozen shots had hit either just above or just below that angle, if not two or three dozen, and one shot had already made it through the gap and into the energy shield very early on.
Given how much fire went towards the junction at the corner between the armor and the weapons platform, is there something else that would have been targeted in that area?
Yeah It did seem like, with the amount of cannon aimed there it turned into a monkey typewriter scenario eventually you hit the shakespear

After thorough investigation my conclusion is that the plasma beam hit the howitzer shell, causing it to detonate prematurely and splashing the core. It's kind of funny how the shell was blocking the beam for a couple frames actually delaying the death for until the shell itself impacted.

first match ended so poorly because of the complete lack of aa on fortified's part, letting westwind do whatever they wanted with those double nukes
What is the match timer on these?
Don't recall any matches ending on time, and one went over 30 min on another video
no timer i believe, played till conclusion
Every match is played until death. And death usually strikes within an hour
@@42scientist I remember a 15 minute timer for the previous seasons. Will some sort of timer be brought back, or be used for preliminaries, or will this be a permanent change?

MonkeyAirforce would've fIred a LOT better in the last match had they used a disposable howitzer defence at the front (a pillar of wood connected at the base and 1-2 struts at the top), you have a *lot* of space at the front of your base you can use to make disposable defences, and they failed strategically, and thats why they lost
Additionally they could've built their howitzer inside and should've maybe even portaled it
They got overconfident and paid for it

Maybe because he doesn't personally know the competitors. It's pretty normal to use such language if you don't know.
Don't see what the problem is. It's noticeable, but there's nothing wrong with it. It could be that he's said the wrong thing before in the past so he just goes with the broad catch all terms.
I've yet to ever see a woman play Forts and they is a plural. There's not much normal about stripping these guys of their manhood. It's why it seems strange to do that unless he's obligated to.
