I said before Carlos Santana is on the Mount Rushmore of guitarists of all time. If Slash isn't up there he is definitely an honorable mention. He did a song with Michael Jackson call "Give In To Me" was awesome and under appreciated. Really worth a listen. They were both great in it and it's crazy that song didn't get as much airplay as MJ's other songs. And like others have said, his play in "Sweet Child Of Mine" was top notch. Also one of the greatest guitarist ever is Eric Clapton. Listen to "Layla" the full 8 minute version. In the end he goes into a pure instrumental and just shows off.
