The animal @ 4:30min in your video is Yellow-throated martens (Martes flavigula), Nimesh ji of Amyrah's Homestay is also aware of this animal, as they sometimes get to see this animal at Kurseong. Everest Manla resort has put up an entirely new block, of cozy rooms with all sorts modern amenities available at a slightly higher tariff. This new block has not been covered in your video as it was built after your visit. Views from balcony of these rooms are simply breathtaking, I used to spent most of my time sitting there. I must add here somthing which was leftout in your video, that is this resort is not approachable till its doorstep by Car. One has to go down several flights of stairs to arrive at this place, resort makes arrangements to transfer your luggage during your arrival and departure. Secondly they accept payment in all forms be it cash or UPI or Card which it a great thing in itself especially in a remote place like this. Your videos make good places great (simply amazing). Therefore I haven't missed any of your videos and keep on eagerly waiting for the new ones to come. Please keep up the good job and sharing your journey with us.
In Sikkim, North Bengal and Nepal there is a tradition of placing steel benches by road side for people to sit and take rest. Who sponsors this and why doesn't he or any of this family members ever sit of these benched. Nimesh ji of Amyrah's homestay had explained this to me.
