  • In an effort to preserve store bought cheese long term, we waxed cheese and stored it for over a year (actually 14 months). So how did it turn out? Is it even edible? Let's find out! Food preserved means eating today at yesterday's prices. It's one way we can all survive inflation!

We are not recommending that you try this, this is an experiment done at our own risk. When non-acidic foods are deprived of air, as is the case with waxed cheese, there may be a risk of botulism.
