Based off of my meager knowledge, Berserker was pretty much the only Servant aside from Saber that stood more than a fool's chance of lasting long against Archer, unless Ea was brought out.

Depends on the situation I guess... So far as we can tell from lore, the only other hero who can fight Gilgamesh on his level is Karna, who is an Indian mythology figure and half human half Sun God. The Son of the Sun God. He's also probably my favourite hero in the Fate universe... But Gilgamesh and Karna have fought at some point in Fate lore, and Karna lost. There's things in Fate that can turn the tides though. Like Vlad the Impaler in Apocrypha Vs Karna. Vlad shouldn't even be close to Karna's power, but since Apocrypha takes place in Romania, which is Vlad the Impaler's home country, and his legend in Romania is so large that when fighting on the ground in Romania I think Vlad the Impaler was actually stronger than Karna. Karna has some immortal armour as part of his kit, but Vlad could pretty much circumvent it with his Noble Phantasm while they were fighting in Romania. If the fight had continued, Karna probably would have lost. There's a moment when Karna is about to unleash his strongest noble phantasm, which causes him to shed his immortal armour in order to use it, but Vlad's concept of stakes is inescapable while inside Romania, so once Karna shed his armour I think Vlad could have impaled him from the inside before Karna could finish his Noble Phantasm. So there are things that can tip the scales.
Gilgamesh would have won here but was called back. Hercules and Lancelot only have "soft" counters against Gilgamesh but Hercules had to protect his master from getting hit as well.
@@rockfeller6351Gilgamesh did also say that Hercules might've had a chance if he hadn't been focused on protecting Ilyasviel, and while Gilgamesh probably didn't believe he actually could have lost, I'm inclined to believe him on that one. Hercules does come within inches of biting Gilgamesh's face off even after he's practically dead/bound in 'divine'-ranked chains.
Lancelot would have pretty easy time against Gil as long as he's not using EA or Enkidu though i wonder if he can steal even Enkidu with his innate gift. Hercules in UBW show a bit of surprise to Gil for be able to resist Enkidu restraint that he know have divinity suppression properties. So Gil assumes Hercules feats is of his divine bloodline ability rather than His Human bloodline and is a bit proven wrong in that route. So he's not at all having trouble with Hercules in UBW route.

I think they explained why lancelot can go toe to toe to gilgamesh here. They explain that this servant trained all his life mastering all weapons So no he can kill some of them but i think artoria can kill him if he didnt knew who he was and he was hesitating
Berserkers are usually the "strongest" servants one can summon in a grail war however it doesn't mean that it would always win the war. Berserkers always have the skill "madness enhancement" which increases their strength yet weakens the intelligence, this makes them so that most "berserkers" can't comprehend any strategy and most time disobeying the orders of the master and attacking the enemy head on. This makes most berserkers ideal targets for traps and other strategies some even Target the master directly to cut off a berserkers supply of mana. Speaking of mana, berserkers require the most amount of it to function, often the master is killed due to mana drain

I hate how they always make Berserker look so weak against Gilgamesh. He has enough experience to see that he can dodge his attacks.
Everyone's weak compared to Gilgamesh.

How did you miss the whole freaking episode where rider actually stood against gilgamesh until he pulled out Ea?

You're underestimating gilgamesh's GOB he clearly has weapons like Gae Bolg, Prototype Excalibur, Harpe and other crazy shit
It's the berserker armor
I believe bursurker could’ve activated the grail with his noble phantasm, by far he is the most interesting character and should have won the war
Pick up grail. Turn it into a weapon. Bonk Gaia.
He technically won, out of ALL the characters in ALL fate movies he is the only one that has his wish granted…getting killed by Artoria.
The audio is terrible wtf?
What about the sound in the video? Did you write from the TV from broken speakers?🤣
