I hope you’re doing well soon! Migraines are very painful and annoying.. I used to get them when I was younger for a couple years, until I found out that I have severe anxiety. Once I figured out that I had anxiety and I started getting medicated for it and working with a therapist on my anxiety, the migraine started going away. I do still get them time to time I am very stressed out. Wishing you well!

It's amazing how migraines can be caused by different things. I think this time it was also due to anxiety, going to live in Australia has me stressed 😩 I'm glad you found a solution 😊
