I first saw this vid on The Movie Channel in the 80s. They played little cartoons and stuff 'tween movies then. I suddenly thot of it recently and looked for it on YT. Imagine my surprise when I found this vid--plus this is an edited version. The original, longer audio only version is here on YT as well.
Anybody here in 2024? Also Anybody notice how the time on the present time thing changes the farther he goes into history the present time changes and goes back
It was made in the early 1990s by a company called Lost Leader Productions as part of a series of animated short films called "Classics in Clay". If you search that title on youtube you can find a compilation of those films, including this one.
🐕hi The Allan Sherman Show (you don't have to do a Q&A video but) do you think you're a good person? if so do you think there's an afterlife? also i'm not better than anybody else
I'm 40 years old now. I remember seeing this video from when I was a very small child and for some reason it always stuck with me.
SAME! Absolute classic
Brilliant! I recently re-heard this song on THE UNCLE FLOYD SHOW Sunday mornings on WFDU. He's like a Dr. Demento w/ true show biz background.
That was wonderful!
(3:04 Always a bit annoying when the globe's rotating in the _wrong direction,_ though.)
I loved this song ever since I first heard it, many years ago. I never knew this animation existed until just now, though. This was awesome!

Great song, but the face at 2:03 is sooooo funny to me for no reason
Now, that's just CUTE!
Thanks for posting this gem!!!!!
So happy to see this again after so many years! Thanks for posting!! 😁💛
Henry Ford would have been glad to receive good advice from Allan Sherman.
Yeh! Especially about the Edsel.
Yes, we all know Henry Ford LOVED advice from Jewish guys...

I thought this video might have been made in the 60s until I saw the Space Shuttle.
When and by whom was this claymation made?

Who animated this?
Why was this version on hiatus for so long?
Bravo!
Great
I love it when Ford's car morphs into the Batmobile.

There Are Two Parts Missing From This Video
The original, longer audio only versions are on YT too.
Freud and Waterman.
There’s also a verse about Enrico Ferni that was left off the original recording and has never actually been released.
Wait the missing verses were animated?
this took a lot of time. It's terrible.
