    Are there any resources for women regarding this topic? My squat 1RM was 90 kg at 68 kg, deadlift 115 kg. Should I still focus on strength or incorporate power exercises? And if I do add power exercises, should I do them before or after lifting?

      Excellent question. At this stage in your strength develop I would say you can absolutely incorporate power exercises. If you include them it will depend on your priorities but I would recommend adding them in with your strength training as a holistic program, if that makes sense.

      @@KierenLefevre Wow thank you for answering so fast! I decided to try to do the power exercises right after my warm up because I feel like explosive power is something I lack more than strength.
