Love this--her methodology of relaxation and meditation and the cadence of her speech reminds me of going to a yoga class, which has always been relaxing and triggering at times. Would love to see her come back!

@Scott, it sounds like you could really benefit from this exercise since your priorities are in the wrong place regarding the theme and goal of these videos. Most people are in the habit of breathing improperly and this is a good way to focus and become aware of your breathing.
I'm confused. Forgive my ignorance, but this is no different than self meditation relaxation, of which I've done hundreds of times with varying degrees of success. Is this just the relaxation part of a hypnosis session, soon to be followed up by the specific therapy part?
This would've been so much more relaxing if she hadn't kept saying over and over and over how the mind can wander and it just means you've woken up - it made me lose all relaxation every time. So distracting.
Why does she keep telling you your mind has wondered off? It's really annoying. I am really enjoying concentrating on my body placement and stuff and then she keeps bringing be back and reminding me it's just someone talking on youtube.
Her starting off the session talking about babies belly breathing ruined this for me. Babies do that because their diaphragms and intercostal muscles are underdeveloped. An adult who is not concentrating on belly breathing only does it when in severe respiratory distress.
Man I wish she had her own channel and created content regularly. She has the voice of an angel.
